An Impact Sprinkler clicks in a two step across the lawn. Green as envy the grass perk upwards toward a pillar cabin. A former sweat lodge encased in rock, plains of glass cut into the structure.
So they can see out.

A vast wrap around deck sit a top the pillars. Holm Oaks cascade the tip of the cabin top. They dominate the areas all around the region that also features a mixture of sclerophyllous trees, junipers, and aromatic shrubs that thrive in dry, warm summers and mild, wet winter.

Always a storm brewing from the waters meters away.
Lady Milton stands watch.
One could hear the songs of the monster whispering in the wind.

The groves wave in the distance, as though the woodlands were dictating fortune follow or passed.

As night approaches, the darkness that is the Sea enters the picture perfect canvas. The house is lit up when the dust rises.

Plain black. The sight of not a star in the sky. A twitch of the leaves scatter amongst the tops of each and every tree. All around the cabin. Each circle of life fifteen feet high, many rings ebbed into their trunk.

Fifteen souls have passed on the soil that makes up the walkways. Each breath taken consumes one of the other. A spell perhaps, two hundred years in the making.

There are no stone paths. There has been no visitors. No cob webs and no spoiled food inside the cabin. Rain hasn't fallen in this area in centuries, yet the Well which sits directly centre of the home remains ever full.

The Brathmasthan has no barriers. Exactly three feet in any direction remains free of any object. Looking up, a circular skylight matching the diameters of the Well captures all the light.

Besides Lady Milton, King Barbary and Auk the great reside.

Hither thou, a wanderers tale of fate. May it be the expedition that failed. A migration of the lost travelled. A compass stalled by Father Time. Mother Earth hugs the land and protects it from the wild hot summers that embrace the Mediterranean forests woodlands and scrub.

Listen, the monster is cascading all around!
