Opening Crawl

Author's Note

Just a brief explanation of this fanfic. 

Every short story will feature altered versions of characters from both the Legends Canon and the Disney Canon. 

Set around the time of the Sequel Trilogy, but with massive changes.

Some elements will be familiar or unfamiliar, depending on each readers Star Wars personal lore knowledge. Though there will be original story elements incorporated, as well as concepts merged from the two continuities.

The galaxy struggles to heal, trembling in the uneasy shadow of a fragile peace.

Years after the devastating invasion of the Yuuzhan Vong, countless worlds remain scarred by invasion and loss. The New Republic struggled to restore stability across thousands of star systems once ravaged by war. While worlds rebuild and governments reformed, the Outer Rim descended into chaos.

Across the Outer Rim and the Mid Rim alike, distant systems rebuild while lawlessness spreads through the cracks left behind by war. Pirates, smugglers, and ambitious warlords seize forgotten territories, while ancient secrets and lost technologies resurface in the chaos. Lawless factions prey upon isolated colonies and vital trade routes. Entire sectors have become battlefields beyond the Republic's reach.

In response, independent operatives, bounty hunters, Jedi Knights and Republic agents have begun secret missions to uncover the truth behind a growing network of criminal powers rising in the darkness.

Now, as whispers of a hidden alliance spread through the underworld, from the shining towers of galactic capitals to the shadowed edges of unexplored space, countless stories unfold as the galaxy enters a new and uncertain age.
