Backstory time:

A young boy fell into the underground years after Chara had passed, but a few years before Frisk had fell down. He was found by Toriel and took in. Toriel shortly after taking him in found out that he had a severe sickness, taking him to the royal scientists, Gaster who had promised to help the boy. That promise was the hardest promise to keep that he had ever made, the boys sickness got worse over time causing Gaster to believe he'd pass. One day in his lab while trying to find a way to help the boy Gaster heard the boy scream, rushing over to see one of his experiment monsters who were mixed with DT approaching the boy. He ran to grab the boy before it had harmed him, but sadly he was late. The boy had put his hands up to defend himself causing his soul to activate and instead of killing it he absorbed the determination mixed experiment, causing his soul turning from red to Half Red an Half white. His soul trait originally determination was now perfectly merged with a monster soul. Gaster continued to take care of the boy, letting Toriel visit whenever she wanted to see him, but Gaster never told her of what happened. After a few years Gaster ended up missing due to one of his experiments leaving the boy alone in the True Lab for years. He was forgotten over time, locked in the True Lab for the rest of his life... Or so he thought. Due to the amount of timeline resets and changes to his determination the glitches of the resets set him free to roam the underground. He kept himself hidden from others, watching from a distance.

"These glitches... Something or someone... is causing them... I have to find who is behind this."

(Okay so for the people who think this will be the same as before, I'm here to say it's nothing like before I'm doing my own thing because the creator of Glitchtale made the show so hard to understand that you needed a dang wiki to actually understand what's happening in the show. So this will be my own story and twists, but there will be references to the original. Also there may be ships in this, I don't know for sure so don't hold me to it. For the information of the people, canonically Chara is a boy in Glitchtale, and Frisk has no gender so I'll just make them a girl. I don't do lemon chapters so don't expect them I suck at writing those and never wanted them in my stories in general. I'm sorry for the rant but I hope you enjoyed your backstory it was kinda half assed to me but it's better than last time since it has more detail. Alright ItzKiyusei out!)
