'Hmm......thirty minutes late.....'
The woman thought to herself as she sat at the table in the middle of the small room, her wrists cuffed to the table. She was roughly in her late fifties, some faint wrinkles around her eyes. Her shoulder length hair was well kept with some grey strands here and there. She wore her usual garb, a lab coat over a loose grey shirt and blue pants along with some pink slippers—it was all she was wearing before her home was invaded and she was dragged here.
The single metal door soon split open and in came three figures she had come to familiarize herself with. Three separate aliens stood before her, each one different from the other. One was a woman with blue skin, white markings on her face and tendrils on the back of her head that looked almost like hair—an Asari. The next was a small creature that was barely the same height as the Asari, wearing a dark robe with a hood over its elongated head with large bug-like eyes, a salarian. The last one was the species she was very familiar with, taller than a human man with long arms and legs, bone like faceplates and mandibles which hid the creature's sharp fangs away from anyone as well as it's surprising strength......a Turian.

"Ah, I wondered when you'd all show up." The woman hummed as the three aliens stood across from her at the table. The scientist let out a sigh. "For a moment I thought you sentenced me to death by boredom of all things."
"If it was up to me, you'd be sentenced to far worse punishment." The turian growled as he looked at the human woman in disgust, his mandibles flaring outward almost uncontrollable. "Just how could you do something like that?! If you were one of my people, I'd have you hanged!"
"Calm yourself." The Salarian spoke up as he waved down his companion, the Asari staring at the human with a calm neutrality. "You promised to behave yourself during this, do not go back on your word."
"Indeed. There's no point in accidentally starting another war now, is there?" The Asari hummed as her Turian companion crossed his arms and glared at the human woman. The Asari clasped her hands together before letting out a sigh. "Catherine Halsey, do you know why you are here today?"
"Yes, I understand why I am here." Catherine Halsey hummed as she looked at the Asari before her. "The citedal council, which is you three, have been informed of something I've done to warrant my arrest."
"Yes, and I believe you know what this is about." The Asari hummed as the Salarian and Turian both nodded their heads. The Asari pulled out the chair in front of her and sat down, leaning forward. "So.......why don't you tell us about the children?"
".....I believe the three of you already know everything." Halsey sighed as she looked around the plain room, slightly annoyed that they were going to ask questions they already knew the answers to. "Otherwise you wouldn't have a reason to arrest me, would you?"
