Panahon bago ang digmaan ng mga Pilipino at amerikano.

"Pasensiya na po talaga sa abala don Silvestre.. Nawa'y hindi po namin nasindak ang mga Binibini sainyong tahanan sa mga putukan kanina.." Andres apologizes

"Nako, hindi mo na kailangan humingi ng dispensa heneral. Hindi naman madaling masindak ang mga anak ko dito" Don Silvestre said as he cracked a small laugh and patted the general's back friendly.

The two shared a friendly talk before one of don silvestre's daughters came, cutting their conversations with a smile on her face "itay! Dumating na si leonora"

She stated causing her father to smile in surprise "gayon ba? Mabuti naman."

"Aba heneral, baka gusto mong pumasok at makilala ang aking mga anak at pamangkin? Saktong sakto, kakadating lang ni leonora"

Andres smiled and was about to decline the request but a beautiful woman suddenly appeared from behind and stood near the door, watching him curiously. Heneral andres stopped and looked at her in a complete trance..

Admiring her natural beauty and the way her eyes met his as they made eye contact..

"S... Sige po don Silvestre, babalik ho kami dito bukas ng hapon" he managed to mutter out while staring at the woman with curiosity and interest.

"Ay, babalik ka pa- aray ko" one of the soldier said before getting hit by Andres
"Tayo, babalik tayo" he corrected

"Mauna na ho kami" he bids good bye before shooting a last glance at the young woman.

Leonora looks at the general with a cold and confused expression on her face as she watched the general leave with three soldiers.

𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐲..

As time seems to fly slowly, Andres couldn't help but think about the woman he saw.. It's like he couldn't get her out of his head.

He was confused about how he kept thinking about this woman when they've only met one time. Not to mention, he doesn't even know her name.

He can't wait to see her again tomorrow, this time he'll gather the courage to talk to her. He wanted to get to know her better, he wants to know what her favorite flower was.. So he could buy her flowers every day.

"Oi, kanina ka pa hindi mapakali d'yan. Para kang tanga" Agustin said, his cousin who's also a soldier.

Andres rolled his eyes before sighing "hindi lang ako makatulog"

"At bakit naman- ay, alam ko na" Agustin smirked before looking at him teasingly.

"Iniisip mo nanaman yung binibining nasa bahay ni Don Silvestre no?? Ayan d'yan ka magaling. Ang galing mo mang babae, halos lahat ng bayan na dinaanan natin meron kang babaeng iniwang luhaan. Babaero ka talaga, tsk tsk."

"Hindi ako babaero" Andres defended himself

"asus, ako pa lolokohin mo eh pinsan mo'ko. Alam ko na mga galawan mo Andeng. Luma na yan" Agustin snickered

"Ano ba masasabi ko? Ako'y gwapo at makisig. kaya maraming babaeng nahuhumaling sa'kin" Andres smirked in return

"Nako, malala ka na. Kawawa naman yung magandang binibini na yun kapag nahulog loob niya sa'yo. Pag lalaruan mo lang puso niya"

Andres narrowed his eyebrows at Agustin's words "wala akong intensyon na pag laruan ang puso niya.. Tanging walang utak nalang ang mag loloko sa isang Binibining mala diwata ang ganda. Nakita mo ba kung gaano siya kaganda? Pag tumitig ka sakanya, parang nakakita ka ng anghel na bumaba mula sa langit" Andres muttered softly.

This was the first time he acted so affectionate and... in love. He usually never takes a woman seriously and dates them for just a matter of time.. But this, this was the first time Agustin saw him compliments a woman with a genuine love in his eyes. It surprised him, he never would've thought that the womanizer cousin he knew was really in love this time..

"Seryoso.. Patay na patay ka na agad sakanya, ni hindi mo pa nga alam pangalan niya" Agustin said

"Kaya nga babalik tayo bukas sa tahanan ni Don Silvestre. Gusto kong malaman ang ngalan niya.." Andres rolled his eyes

"Sus, pangalan nga lang ba ang gusto mong malaman?" Agustin snickered teasingly before getting hit by Andres "aray ko naman-"

"Ang dami mong tanong" Andres muttered in irritation before smirking "alam mo naman na kung ano ang gusto ko diba? Kapag may gusto ako, kinukuha ko yun.."
