I'm standing with everyone listening to Vlad & Aizawa explain thee rules for this battle......
Vlad:Two of thee matches will be 5 vs 4.
Jurota:But we only have 41 people?
[Suddenly I notice someone and look seeing a guy.....

[I look at him noting the same Capture Scarf that Aizawa uses around his neck]
Me:Heh I thought it was bullshit you didn't get into thee Hero Course.(Everyone looks at him surprised)So I take it he'll be taking part in two matches,one for each class right?
Aizawa:Yeah,Shinso will be attempting to enter thee Hero Course in his second year.
Me:As long as he doesn't get fucked over by having to fight robots again then I think it's pretty much a gurantee he's in.
Jurota:The team with 5 people will be at a advantage.
Vlad:Shinso has no combat experience,so it would be more difficult for his skills to be made use of.
Me:True,however considering his power he doesn't really need to get involved directly.(They look at me)It was one of thee key reasons I said his quirk was perfect for Hero-Work.Take out one enemy,then use them as a weapon against their allies.Similar to Aizawa's Erasure his quirk is excellent at support and when he had teammates with more combat experience with him to back him up it could be a devastating combo.
Shinso:........
[Everyone slowly nod and I go over to Shinso who looks at me]
Me:Shinso....from back during thee Sports Festival I noticed something,you've probably been looked at like a Villain all your life right.(He's surprised with his eyes widening)During your match with Izu,you spoke of having a 'Heroic Quirk'...It's not difficult to think people would fear you because of your power.(He looks down,I put my hand on his shoulder)But that just shows that they don't know you(He looks at me),you're heartbeat....when you spoke of being Heroic of wanting to be in thee Hero Course,your heart beat showed a sincere desire,like a kid speaking of their dream.....People often have a misconception that in order to be a hero you need a flashy or Traditionally  'Heroic' Quirk.But thee power Flashiness,Heroicness,and all that other crap doesn't mean shit if thee person that possesses it doesn't have thee will to be a Hero.(I look him in thee eyes)It's not about thee quality of your power,It's about whether or not you got the guts to stand up to help those in need.
[He looks at me wide eyed as everyone just stares at me]
Mom:*Smiling*Excellent way to put it sweetie(I look seeing her and All Might)a person's power is not what's important,what's important is the desire to protect,the desire to help make tomorrow a brighter day.
[Everyone looks at her and he looks down]
Shinso:*Soft*T-Thank you.
[We all nod and then I look at Nonoma]
Me:Fyi that goes for you to(He's surprised),I get you probably think you're looked down on because your quirk relies on others.But in all honesty it's actually kinda broken,just gotta try and improve thee time limit and you could actually be a powerhouse.....Especially if you have a Encyclopedic level of knowledge on people's quirks like Izu does.
[Izu looks down as Nonoma looks at me before we begin drawing slots to see who's gonna be on which team.Once we're done thee teams are as followed.....]

Round 1:Tsu,Kaminari,Kirishima,Koda,& Shinso Vs Jurota,Kosei,Ibara,& Hiryu.
Round 2:Momo,Hagakure,Tokoyami,& Aoyama Vs Keno,Kuroiro,Komori,& Fukidashi
Round 3:Ida,Todoroki,Ojiro,& Shoji Vs  Kaibara,Tsunotori,Tetsutestu,& Honenuki
Round 4:Explody,Kyoka,Sero,& Sato Vs Tokage,Kamakiri,Awase,& Bondo.
Round 5:Me.Izu,Uraraka,& Ashido Vs Nonoma,Kodai,Yanagi,Shoda,& Shinso.

[We all look at the board]
Me:Whelp Nonoma you might wanna apologize to Tokage,Kamakiri,Awase,& Bondo(They look at me and I look at them)he was rage baiting Explody....and now you have to fight him....
[They look down as Nonoma looks away with a somewhat nervous & guilty look in his eyes.Then the classes split up to strategize,as thee others talking I'm thinking going thru strategizes in my head]
Momo:*Curious*Ari?
[I look up]
Kyoka:Are you okay?
Me:Yeah,just running thru some strategizes(That surprises them)honestly....most of thee matches aren't quite fair.But Round 2 is definitely hardest.
Shoji:What do you mean?
Me:....Komori's Quirk is a massive threat thee spores can get in  your throat and lungs making it difficult to breath meanwhile Fukidashi's can utilize his quirk to create obstacles to help his team giving him some control over thee terrain.Momo could create masks to counter Komori's spores,but there's no really counter to Fukidashi's Quirk....on top of them Kuroiro has effective sneak attack being able to rival Hagakure.And even if Momo does make the masks the mushrooms can grow on a person's body making them a effective counter to Hagakure's Stealth.The strongest fighter is Tokoyami with Dark Shadow giving him range and power.Momo's support with Aoyama using Range and Hagakure staying away from Komori while going for Fukidashi is thee best bet.
[They slowly nod]
Hagakure:*Embarassed*I-I really need to stay away from her then!
Me:Round 1 is fairly even,but thee deciding factor is Shinso with his power you can effectively neutralize a target.The biggest threats are Jurota and Ibara,that being said if Tsu or Kirishima could easily take her down.Kosei's could use his quirk to trap you tho and Hiryu has longer range than Tsu.That being said Jurota's their Bruiser,he's a massive threat and the only one with a chance to actually fight him is Kirishima if he utilizes 'Unbreakable.Even then I'm unsure how that would go,but if Kaminari can shock him or Shinso gets him undercontrol then thee match becomes expontentially easier.Altho Shinso(He looks at me)thee device you're wearing let's you change your voice right?
Shinso:*Surprised*Y-Yeah....how did you know?
Me:Aizawa was talking with my Mom and after hearing about your ability she suggested it.(He's surprised)Regardless please clarify these three things for me....How many people can you control at once,how deep is thee control,and how difficult is it to break free from the control?
Shinso:....I can only control one person at ah time,I can't give a target to complex of commands,& a strong hit could break them out of my control.
[I nod]
Me:Alright try to focus on getting Jurota and if you do have him send any of his friends flying before change to his normal size.When he does Kaminari(He looks at him)show him what the class's Pikachu can do and hit him with ah Thunderbolt.
[He smirks and nods before they're called for their match]

Kyoka:Hey Ari(I look at her)do you have any advice for my match?
Me:....Considering everyone's ability it's probably thee most unfair fight(They look at me)no one on thee other team can remotely get close to Explody in power and Sato is Physical strength,with thee metal in thee area you could give positions easily and with your speaker your sound base attacks could knock the shit out of them all.Sero could wrap them up easily...Honestly the most annoying part is gonna be dealing with Tokage since she can split her body up.But...that's where probably the most devastating advantage you have comes into play.
[All of them looks at me]
Sato:*Curious*What do you mean?
Me:*Raised Eyebrow*Do you think I was joking about Nonoma Rage-Baiting Explody(They look at me blankly),despite how much of a pain in the ass he can be when you throw down the gauntlet.He's the type of guy that doesn't just accept it,he actively picks it up and proceeds to dominate thee entire battle with a terrifying combination of Cunning,Strategy,and Overwhelming Ferociousness......Wouldn't shock me if he was coming up with a strategy for you all to get a Perfect Victory in this fight.(That surprises them)It's something he,Izu,and me all have in common.
[They all look at me slowly nodding .......]
