Sherlock:
He often doesn't eat himself a lot but seeing you don't eat makes him feel sick. He would gently ask you to eat something small. After a while you would eat something small which makes him feel better. And as you see him smile you would smile too.
John:
He would gently help you to eat something small. After a while he would hug you and tell you to eat something because it makes him feel sad when you don't eat anything. He would always help you to eat anything even if its only something small.
Mycroft:
He would tell you to eat you something because he is worried about your health. After you refused to eat, he would gently force you to eat anything and would call John to help him.
Moriaty:
He would force you to eat something but after you refused to eat he would feed you plain Joghurt.
Lestrade:
He would call Sherlock to help him. As he headed the call with Sherlock he would gently feed you some soup, which made him happy as he saw that you ate anything.
