Sherlock:
He would constantly try to get out of his bed but you would always tell him to lay down and after a few attempts he would stay in the bed and allow you to take care of him. He would never say it out loud but he thinks that its quiet attractive how you look when you take care of him.
John:
He constantly tries to tell you that he's feeling alright but you never believe him. He also tries to tell you what you have to do and also tries to cook meal sofort himself but you always tell him that when he goes to bed he would receive a hug and he really loves your hugs.
Mycroft:
He would constantly avoid your care but when he notice that it made you upset he would let you take care of him. Even though he wouldn't show it but he loves it how you take care of him.
Moriaty:
He wouldn't let you take care of him instead hell let his personal doctor take care of him. But he secretly finds it cute how you always try to check on him.
Lestrade:
He would let you take care of him even though his doctor did. He loves the face you make when he let you take care of him. He always gave you hugs and some kisses just to see your happy face which always makes him feel much better.
