He glared at you, causing you to stop talking. Levi was basically growling at you, "Shut it. You're wasting both of our time. Now go before I decide to do something about that face of yours. Cause right now, it looks like it's in need of a nice fist. Not just any fist either. It looks like it's just calling for mine."
Your body tensed up, kind of scared. You nodded to show your understanding and saluted before making your way to the room next door.
Seeing you close the door behind you, Levi could finally relax. Sighing, he picked up his quill and began to do the paperwork, 'Fuck the assistant. I need a long ass vacation.'

You awoke to the sound of birds chirping outside your, or rather Levi's, room window. As usual, you woke up rather disoriented, never having been the type of person to be able to immediately start doing stuff upon waking up. Five minutes pass as you let your body soak in the morning sunlight.
Once you felt awake enough, you tidied up. Pulling on your various belts, buckles and boots you checked yourself to see if you had forgotten anything. You then nodded in satisfaction as you threw on your jacket. You decided to clean up after yourself. It wasn't polite to leave behind a mess after Lance Corporal Levi had done you a favor after all. It also helped that rumors of his clean freak tendencies roamed about.
Finally, you walked up to the door silently, not wanting to disturb the other in case something important was going on in his office. You knocked on the door but there was no response. Of course, this caused you to become confused but still rather hesitant you softly called out, "Sir, is it alright if I come in?"
Still nothing.
You looked back at the bedroom and out the window. Judging by the sky's gradually lightening color, training was about to start. Not having much of a choice, you entered the office.
Upon entering, you finally realize why you hadn't gotten an answer. The Lance Corporal had fallen asleep at his desk. You considered carrying him onto the bed but at last decided against it. While his lack of height was infamous, it didn't make him any lighter. Especially considering he was Humanity's strongest. With strength came the appropriate weight in muscles.
Instead you went back to the bedroom, took the blankets off of the bed and placed them over his hunched figure. Noticing his now empty cup and teapot, you decided to bring it to the kitchen on your way out and wrote a note informing him about it.
'I noticed your empty cup so I'm bringing it to get washed on my way to training.
- Cadet Yaeger '
With that you silently exited the office making your way to the mess hall, not forgetting to go to the kitchen and ask the staff to clean the dishes.
As soon as you entered, you were greeted by the various groans of the clearly just woken up cadets. Grinning, you looked around for your siblings and joined them.

When Levi woke up, he was pleasantly surprised by the blanket that was wrapped around his hunched figure. However, this feeling of comfort quickly got thrown out the window once he took notice of the woman in front of him.
Hange Zoe. In all her insane glory stood before him. Laughing and wiggling her eyebrows at him as she questioned, "All cozied up there huh, Levi?"
"Tch. Shut up. What do you want?" He said annoyed, slight creases forming as he furrowed his eyebrows.
Hange had a big grin on her face upon hearing his question. She winked as she pointed at him, gleefully informing him of his newly assigned task, "Erwin wants you to go to the training grounds and observe the recruits."
"What, why?"
"The last expedition left the Scouting Legion with far too few people. We need to get some of the cadets to graduate early and fill up our ranks. Of course, Erwin has already discussed it with Commander Shadis. That's actually the reason why we came." She answered, moving about his temporary office, snooping about.
Levi deadpanned, expressing his opinion on how stupid all of this sounds. He would have said it straight to Erwin's face if he were there but since he wasn't the expression was all he could manage to give her, "I highly doubt any of them would be good enough to pull out immediately."
Hange hummed, agreeing but reassured him, "Well, it's not like most of them would accept the offer anyway. The Scouting Legion is quite infamous and as much as we wish it weren't true, we have a much higher casualty rate than the other legions. I've heard a bunch of the cadets talking about how anyone who willingly chooses to be part of the scouts is suicidal."
"I hope Erwin realizes that it's a complete waste of time. This plan of his is bound to fail. Even if we do get a few of them out and into the legion they're not going to be able to contribute to anything except for the number of deaths. Tch, the whole lot is just extra cannon fodder. As if we didn't have enough of those already." Levi clicked his tongue, exasperated.
Hange shrugged. For once, she had a similar opinion to him but unfortunately, even so, they couldn't do much to stop their superior, "You can hope but I highly doubt that's the case. We wouldn't be here if he did."
Levi groaned, "Who gave him this 'great' idea anyway?"
"How am I supposed to know?"
She stopped snooping around, kind of disappointed to not find any potentially scandalous items. Hange looked at the time and gasped, quickly bidding the short man farewell, "Anyway, this has been fun and all but I'm going to head back to HQ. Tell Erwin I'm left early if you happen to see him. Bye~ Have fun with your cadet watching~" With that she proceeded to run out of the office, slamming the door shut behind her.
Levi shouted after her, "Do it yourself, shitty glasses!"
Sighing, he rubbed his eyelids. Despite having just barely woken up, he feels terribly exhausted. Looking around his temporary office, he was immediately greeted with the sight of the numerous stacks of paper, "Tch, it's a shitty task but it's still better than doing that shit."
Getting ready to head to the training field, he took the blanket back to the bed and took a shower before finally getting dressed and leaving the room.

Rewritten: October 2021
Don't know if there are actually people still reading this. Probably not right?
Anyway compared to my original, very fast-paced doesn't really make sense plot. I've decided to change it up. Because while my younger self somehow thought it was very much possible for someone to get together and like each other in one meeting (if you could even call it that), my older self does not.
I cringe reading my older stuff. Pls someone send help.
