The conversational hypnosis experience

Maybe right now, while I ramble on you actively listen to my voice in order to find the suggestions that will hypnotize you. You can keep doing that. Because this way, all your attention lays on my voice. Which is what I want, of course. Since, when your attention is on my voice, you pay also close attention to my suggestions, which eventually will put you under. And that is as well something you want to happen. Therefore, I could guide your attention now that I have it. Using it to focus your mind more on what happens and less on what might happen. But you surely ask yourself if something actually happens. After all I just ramble, and you actively listen to my rambling with all the focused attention of your mind onto my voice. Also, if you close your eyes, you may focus even better onto my voice. That's something you can do right now or later, when it feels right for you to do so. Since the more you focus on my voice, then more you can enjoy listening to it.

Maybe you enjoy listening to my voice. Maybe you even like it, because of its soothing tone. It's okay to enjoy and even like listening to my voice, since I've been told before that I have a pleasant and relaxing voice to listen to. Which is probably a good thing for me as a hypnotist. And it would make sense to you, since because of that, you enjoy listening to my voice. And as that happens, you may start to relax. Many files would by now guide you through a breathing exercise in order to relax you further. But I won't do that. Since soon you breathe deeply and relaxing on your own. It feels natural for you to breathe at your own most comfortable pace as you walk down that path into trance more and more.

Maybe it already happened, as you started to listen actively to my voice with the intention to fully focus on it. With all your focus of course, since as you shifted that focus from the breathing to my voice, your breathing settled into a nice relaxing pace on its own. And now your focus shifts again onto your breathing only to notice how relaxing it is to breathe deeply. Just breathing deeply at your own most comfortable pace is so relaxing for you. And I think you enjoy feeling so relaxed as I'm certain you like to relax, while you get hypnotized. Which is normal and should be enjoyed of course. Since trance itself is an enjoyable experience.

By now you enjoy to listen actively to my rambling and it feels so good to enjoy this experience. And as you enjoy it, you maybe still wonder how I'm going to hypnotize you. Maybe, I have you imagine a pendant or a spiral. Something cliche that most people associate with hypnosis. Both are very useful for hypnosis, since they are easy to focus on. Especially when you have your eyes closed you can focus easily on them. And when someone is focused, they can be guided. So, when a file tells you to imagine a pendant the actual aim is to guide your focus and attention. But I don't need to have you imagine a swinging pendant. To hypnotize you I mean. Since I'm already doing it. I'm already hypnotizing you with a seemingly normal rambling that you keep listening to, because you already fully focus on it. So, both, my rambling and my voice have your full attention. As you are fully focused on them. And you can focus even better onto my voice, once your eyes are closed. So, you may now close your eyes, if you haven't done so already. Or you may choose to close them later, when it feels right for you to do so.

Whether your eyes are open or closed, I have your full focus and that's all I need to hypnotize someone. I'm sure you enjoy being hypnotized by me. Like I said earlier trance itself is an enjoyable experience. So, it's okay to agree with me on that. Since you already realize that it's true. And maybe because you know that you enjoy to be in trance, you want to go deeper. Walking down that path into trance even more. Which is fine, because: The deeper you go into trance the better you feel in trance. And the better you feel in trance the more you enjoy being in trance. And the more you enjoy being in trance the deeper you go into trance.

Notice how those three phrases create a loop of going deeper and enjoying it more. Allow the loop, that is formed out of the phrase to circle around in your mind. While building up that loop of going deeper and enjoying it more. Build up that loop more and more and notice how it circles around in your mind. Circling around like a spiral of course. As you follow that loop, that is also a spiral now. Follow it around and around as you go deeper into trance with each round of the looping spiral. The loop that is spinning around in your mind like a spiral. As you follow it, it spins your mind deeper and deeper down with each circle of the spiraling loop. As you follow this looping spiral, your mind is spinning deeper into trance more and more now. As you follow the loop you are going down even deeper into trance. Let it spin around and around in your mind as you go deeper and deeper into trance. Spinning deeper and deeper with that spiral that loop in your mind. Circling more and more down into trance, going even deeper and deeper as you do so.
