Intro + trigger warnings

Realized I never actually make an intro for this thing or list any trigger warnings so uhh here I go. Also apologies for any bad english

This was part of a series of crackbooks I have but all the other crackbooks are currently unpublished and I'm not really sure if I'll ever republish them or not.

Also like two thirds of this book will be full of just either really corny stuff, vents or a mix of both
