WALKING TO school was calming, she didn't have to hear her parents argue about her future. Anna watched as students were roaming around the campus as she listened to music on her earbuds. She grew annoyed at the fact that they were so loud, she couldn't really hear the music. Girls chatting, boys messing around, and others like teachers trying to calm them down.

The day would be four hours and 30 minutes.

She thought this year that she wouldn't join any club or organization or sports. Anna used to do volleyball but since this is her first senior year in a different school, she thought that it would be awkward with new people as her teammates. So, she just decided to have a normal school year.

Or would it be?

Three girls were walking towards the blonde, Anna didn't get hopes up as she thought the girls were trying to get to the girl behind her. Then, she recognized a familiar voice that was Layla.

The girl she met yesterday.

"Anna!" she exclaims. "Come join us!" she told her, the blonde made a confused but conscious expression. "Hurry!"

The blonde smiled softly heading to them. "Hey, Layla. What's up?" she asks, then looking over to the other girls beside the brunette. "Hey."

"This is Daniella." she points to the girl in the middle. "And that's Abby." she then pointed to the redhead girl on her phone, smacking gum in her mouth. Anna had a good feeling about Daniella but Abby not so much. "Say Hi."

"Uhm I'm Anna. Hello."

"Hi Anna!" Dani spoke up happily.

"Hi." Abby spoke, blankly still looking at her phone. Annalise nodded awkwardly.

"Okay...."

"Don't mind Abby. She's just wired differently. It's why we all three hang out." she explains. "Which speaking of, you're our new friend." she says. "No take backs."

She laughs. "Well I have no choice, do I?"

"Nope!"

Her laughs were heard. As the four began to make their way to the cafeteria. Anna took every look at the school and it was much more different than her old one. Instead of everyone just sitting down and can't go anywhere before class, everyone here was all over the place. Like they could do whatever they wanted.
