SOOBIN:
Okay, Gyu, I understand you have insomnia and can't sleep, but BRO, LET ME SLEEP THE HELL YOU WANT
BEOMGYU:
Finally. Where were you? Under a rock? Anyways
SOOBIN:
You got married?
BEOMGYU:
You wish, but no. I just hit my jackpot. Like bro, this is the rock bottom of all the luck in my life. Cause nothing can be better than this.
SOOBIN:
Calm down, dude. So you really got married.
BEOMGYU:
NO! Are you dumb? It's Yeonjun.
SOOBIN:
So you're gay?
A very visible pause. The three dots appeared and disappeared.
SOOBIN:
Gyu?
BEOMGYU:
Clean my feed, I'm blocking you.
Yeonjun walked carefully down the stairs. His leg was healing, and soon enough, he could start dancing again. As he reached out of the building, he saw a skinny boy with a wolf-cut, standing outside facing the opposite direction with his bag on his shoulders.
Beomgyu? He thought. But his hair didn't have his signature highlights. As he was lost in his thoughts, the other boy looked at him with a huge grin on his face. It was indeed Beomgyu. Oh God.
"Hyung!" Beomgyu rushed towards him and started walking beside him.
"Did you dye your hair back to normal?" Yeonjun asked, "Makes you look dumber." He joked.
"Uh, no. For you're kind information, they were just extensions. I can put it back on if I want, cool, isn't it?" The younger replied casually, putting his hands in his pockets.
Yeonjun gave him a questioning glance. "So you lied to my mom?"
"Technically, no. I didn't answer her. But the thing is, why are you so concerned about my hair?" Beomgyu raised an eyebrow.
Yeonjun's face heated up, but he replied in his usual tone. "I'm not. As I said, it just makes you look dumber."
"Hyung!"
Soon after, they arrived at Yeonjun's college. Bickering.
"Well, you eat like a pig! Even on camera. No wonder your face is so chubby," Beomgyu said, glaring at the elder. "It's just because I'm still young, you punk! My makeup artist said it would become thinner as I grow older. I debuted with even chubbier cheeks," Yeonjun said, scoffing and looking down at the younger. "You really are a motor-mouth."
He casually ignored any more of the younger's bickering and went inside his college campus. Beomgyu sighed and continued to walk to his own college. At least he talked to him. How many fans get to?
When college was over, Yeonjun felt a bit upset about not seeing the younger one. The other always seemed to have a halo of sunshine above his head. But he couldn't say the same about the weather. It was dull and gloomy, which contrasted with Beomgyu's personality. He never liked the rain — it draped the world in sadness, and somehow, that sadness clung to him too.
Their colleges finished at the same time, but Beomgyu's was a bit farther away. Yeonjun shrugged off his thoughts, which kept wandering back to the same boy again and again. He had to get home quickly, or he would be soaked.
Author's note:
Sorry for the extremely short chapters. It gets longer, trust me.
