After Ben and Ciara brought Bo home from the hospital, all Clyde wanted to do was hold him. Ciara wasn't comfortable with that and never let him hold Bo.

Clyde held Bo once when Ben let him hold him for a minute. Ciara only wanted Clyde to stay until Bo was born, but Ben insisted that since things were going well, Clyde could stay longer.

Ciara agreed but told Ben she did not want Clyde near her son. Ben agreed and told Clyde he could stay, but he had to keep his distance from the baby.

Clyde didn't feel that was fair, so he decided one night, after work, when they were asleep, he would take Bo and have a little grandfather-grandson time.

It had been a rough day; Bo was fussy and wouldn't settle down. Ciara and Ben were exhausted. Bo finally fell asleep after tiring himself out. Ciara and Ben passed out as soon as their heads hit the pillow.

Clyde came home from work and decided tonight he was going to spend time with his grandson. He walked into their bedroom and picked Bo up from the bassinet.

Bo didn't make a noise.

Clyde walked out of the bedroom, grabbed the car seat, and left with Bo.

Clyde checked into a hotel room outside of Salem. He placed the car seat on the bed and the whiskey he bought on the table. Bo started to cry, so Clyde picked him up.

" It's okay, don't cry, grandpa's got you."

Clyde continued to talk to Bo, but he wouldn't calm down.

Clyde placed him back in the car seat and poured himself a drink. Clyde drank his whiskey while Bo cried.

Ciara and Ben were sound asleep. Ciara was having a bad dream and tossed and turned until she shot up in bed. Looking around the room, she saw her husband asleep next to her.

Since she was up, she decided to check on Bo. She walked over to the bassinet at the end of the bed.

"How's my little man?" she whispered.

Ciara found the bassinet empty and let out a scream that woke Ben.

"What's wrong?" Ben asked, concerned.

"It's empty. Bo is gone," she replied, panic rising in her voice.

Ben quickly got up and looked into the bassinet.

"Ben, where is our son?" she asked, her heart racing.

Ben walked into the living room and noticed that the couch was empty. Ciara checked the nursery, but it was also vacant.

Ben tried calling his dad, but the call went to voicemail.

As he walked back to the bedroom, he saw Ciara holding Bo's blanket and crying.

"My dad's not here. I tried calling, but it went to voicemail," he said.

"He has him, Ben."

"We don't know that," Ben replied.

"This is payback because I won't let him hold Bo," Ciara said.

"My dad wouldn't take him."

"How do you know that, Ben?"

"I'm calling Shawn."

Ciara grabbed her phone and called her brother.

"Hey, sis, it's late. Is everything okay?"

"Bo is missing, and I'm pretty sure Clyde took him."

"I'll be right there."

Shawn hung up and informed Belle where he was going. She said she was coming with him.
