today i skipped lunch. i wasn't feeling hungry. i went out to the parking lot and was about to sit down, when i heard muffled cries. i passed a couple cars, and saw someone sitting there, curled up. i walked to them, put my fingers beneath their chin, and lifted up their head. it wasn't kind, in fact very rude, but what shocked me most, was that it was you.
