Takara sat at the base of her favorite tree towards the back of campus. She had her sketchbook out and she was working on a drawing of Kaminari. He was such a mystery to her. She could not figure him out and it was frustrating. Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted three boys approaching. She pulled her headphones out and put them away. A brave little blonde grabbed her sketchbook from her lap before she could close it

"Hand it over, Thunderbolt," Takara said, annoyed.

"Woah, this is awesome, Takara," Kaminari exclaimed looking at the drawing of himself.

"Wow, she actually makes you look cool instead of your usually derpy self," A black haired boy known as Hanta Sero said

"Wow, she actually makes you look cool instead of your usually derpy self," A black haired boy known as Hanta Sero said.

"You weren't wrong though," Her favorite red-haired sharktooth said, also known as Eijiro Kirishima. "She is an amazing artist." Takara snatched her sketchbook back from the boys and snapped it shut. She gave a glare to Kaminari, as he was the one to snatch it in the first place. She shoved it into her book bag .

"Sorry Takara," Kaminari said, rubbing the back of his neck. "Couldn't help it."

"Dude, rude. Why are you calling her by her first name?" Sero asked.

"You will to, if you want whatever this is," Takara said, gesturing to them. "To continue. I hate my last name. So if you really want to call yourselves my friends, then call me Takara." The two boys nodded. Kirishima watched her blushing lightly, remembering her touching his abs the other day.

"Got any plans, Takara?" Kaminari asked.

"Not really," Takara said, glancing at him.

"Want to hit up the cafe with us? We were planning to go there and hang out." Sero said. Takara shrugged.

"Sure, why not," Takara said. She began to walk with them towards the front of campus.

"Which direction do you live in Takara?" Kirishima asked. "I have never seen you when leaving school."

"Because I don't leave," Takara said matter of factly. "I live here on campus. I have an apartment in the teacher's building." The boys shared a look around her, curious and confused.

"Why is that?" Sero asked. "What happened to your family?" Takara just shrugged and started walking a bit faster. The boys picked up the pace to keep up.

"I've been an orphan for as long as I remember. I am currently a ward of the school," Takara explained. "It was easier than finding some family to take me in. Most of my last ones couldn't handle me." She kept looking forward as she walked, not wanting to see the looks in their eyes. She did not want to see the pity. Yet she was not one to really lie. She would withhold information, but typically would not outright lie. And this was information, if asked, she didn't care if people knew. It would probably come out sooner or later. She could not exactly hide that she lived on campus, nor was it worth the effort to try to hide. "So which way will we leave the campus?" She asked as they neared the entrance.

Kirishima and Sero watched as Kaminari jumped to her side to lead the way. She really was a mystery and interesting. They could see why Kaminari wanted to be her friend so badly. She had a dark past it seems. Kaminari did mention something about probable trust issues. Kirishima smiled, he just had confidence that this was going to work out. Takara seemed like an amazing person that just needed the trust to show the world. Sero smirked and nodded. This was going to be an interesting year, he thought. They both followed the pair as the group made their way to the cafe.

"What do you mean, you have never played minecraft?" Sero asked, as the four sat around the booth with random appetizers and shakes scattered around the table. Kirishima and Sero were on one side, Takara and Kaminari were on the other.

"I am not much of a gamer, tape dispenser," Takara said. She picked up some nachos and shamelessly ate it. She had not held back at all when it came to eating around these three. "Plus never really have had money to buy consoles and games."

"I think you would enjoy creative mode," Kirishima said. "Well at least guessing from your sketchbook. In creative mode it's not about survival or fighting monsters, you are just creating whatever you want. You can access other peoples worlds that have been made public. Some are amazing. A few creators have recreated places from all over the world inside the world of minecraft and also fictional worlds from books and shows." Takara was looking at him and paying attention.

"Might have to actually look into some of those," Takara said, curious. "I would love to see any representation of some of my favorite books. If there are others out there that have read them."

"Can't promise anything," Kirishima grinned. "Always worth a look through though." Takara shrugged but nodded.

"What about anime, Takara?" Kaminari asked. "You watch any?"

"I've seen a few here and there," Takara said. "Never really had the chance to really sit down and watch any in length. But I've caught pieces of different ones."

"Any you want to go back to watch in full?" Kaminari asked.

"Yea, we could have an anime binge hangout," Sero grinned. Takara looked at the three thoughtfully for a moment before looking up to think.

"Hmmmm there was a pirate one. I think it was Pirate King or something. Crazy looking swordsman in it with three swords and a rubber captain." Takara chuckled.

"That sounds like One Piece," Kirishima said. "That is a good one, but you are in for the long haul with that one. It takes dedication and commitment." He joked.

"I heard something about it having a lot of episodes," Takara said. Kirishima nodded.

"And still on-going," Kirishima said with a proud grin.

"What's another, Takara?" Sero asked. Takara thought about it for a moment.

"Oh, there was one with demons in it. A hot guy covered in tattoos with red hair stuck his arm through the chest of another guy with yellow and red hair who could use flames, Rengoku I think." Takara explained. "'Set your heat ablaze.' was something I always remembered from him."

"Definitely Demon Slayer," Kaminari said. "That is a really good one."

"Oh there was an older looking one too," Takara said. "Yu Yu something. There was a tournament going on and this short demon dude used a black fire dragon. And the main dude shot a spirit wave or something out of his finger like a gun." She chuckled. "Was always curious to see the context of that one."

"Yu Yu Hakusho, maybe?" Sero offered. "Sounds right."

"Well you would know dude," Kirishima said. "You said you watched a lot of older anime."

"I did, but that does not mean I have seen them all," Sero said in his own defense. They all nodded.

"We can look into it," Kaminari said. "All we have to do is show Takara a clip of it and I am sure she can confirm or not." The boys nodded. '

"So what's next?" Takara asked, as she finished her milkshake.

"Arcade?" Sero offered to the group.

"I am down," Kirishima said.

"Me too," Kaminari said. They all looked at Takara.

"Sure why not," Takara said and shrugged. "I have not been to the one near here before." They paid their tabs and headed out. Takara was beginning to think this was not so bad. At least it beat sitting at home alone all the time and it reminded her a bit of old times on the streets.
