Soft-hearted and innocent, Rooh is a gentle soul wrapped in mischief and masti. She's sensitive, a little clumsy, and carries an entire universe of emotions behind her quiet smile.
She finds comfort in novels and often escapes into stories of fairy-tale love - though deep down, she knows such love only exists in fiction.
She says: "Khwab dekhna achhi baat hai, lekin unhein sach maan lena galat... kyunki haqeeqat, khwabon se hamesha mukhtalif hoti hai." ("It's a beautiful thing to dream, but believing those dreams to be reality is a mistake... because reality is always different from dreams.")
She believes in love - not the one from stories, but the kind that Allah writes in destiny.

Currently in 12th grade, Zayan is the best friend of Asher Shaikh - Roshni's brother.
A calm, composed, and mature boy who keeps his emotions guarded. To the world, he seems emotionally distant, always quiet - but for those who truly see him, he carries a warmth that can heal. He's deeply connected to his deen; people often wonder, "Does this boy even feel anything?" But inside him rages a storm he never speaks of.
There was a time his world had color... when love felt real, and home felt safe. But then, something happened. Something that changed everything.
Since then, Zayan began seeing the world in black and white - not through his eyes, but through his emotions. He stopped believing in love, in forever, in people.
Now, the only thing he holds onto is his faith in Allah - his only constant, his only peace.
