They all run to catch that dictor and enter another room inside bell house.

Glass jars filled with mutated organs, broken syringes scattered on the floor, and metal chains stained with blood.
Everything reeked of cruelty.

Fiona stepped back, nauseated.

> “This place… it’s evil.”

Cassey stood frozen.
A rusty board on the wall blinked with red light:

>> MUTATION PROTOCOL INITIATED.
>> SUBJECT: MP-001 // STATUS: CONTAINMENT FAILURE.

Suddenly—BANG!
The door behind them slammed shut.

The lights flickered. A low mechanical growl echoed from deep within the lab.

> “Cassey…” Excalibar said, raising his sword.
“We’re not alone.”

From a large, broken chamber, something stirred.

Chains dragged.
A shadow moved.

And then—
It stepped into the light.

---

It was humanoid, but barely.
Seven feet tall.
Its spine twisted unnaturally, one arm much longer than the other.
Where a face should’ve been, there was a stitched mouth and empty eye sockets—yet it moved as if it could see everything.

Its veins glowed blue, pulsing like electricity.

A voice came from the old speaker system above:

> “Welcome to Phase One.
You are now facing Mutation Protocol Subject One.
Designated: Aberrant.
It doesn't feel pain.
It doesn’t need to.”

Fiona screamed as the monster charged.

Excalibar blocked the first blow, but the sheer strength sent him flying across the room.

> “WHAT THE HELL IS THIS THING?!”

Cassey grabbed Fiona and dove behind a metal table.

Aberrant slammed its long arm through a wall. Sparks flew.

Cassey spotted a half-burnt journal.

> "Mutation Protocol MP-001:
Subject created using toxic bovine DNA combined with failed noble essence.
Unstable. Rapidly decaying.
Still obeys audio commands.
Extreme aggression toward non-coded voices."

She looked up—horrified.

> They were experimenting with... cow milk? The same one that was hurting rural kids?!

Suddenly, a screen appeared in front of her:

**>> Cassey Batelonia: Task Update.

> > Find the command phrase to shut down Subject MP-001.**

She yelled to Excalibar,

> “We can’t kill it! We have to SHUT IT DOWN!”

Aberrant turned to her, sensing her voice, and roared.
But just as it leapt forward—

—CLANG!
Excalibar stabbed its leg, pinning it down for a second.

“THEN HURRY, PRINCESS!”

Cassey flipped pages desperately.

“Command… command… here!”

A torn scrap read:

> "Voice code: Batelonia-Class Authority: Phrase –
'Return to origin. Sleep in the storm.'"

The monster thrashed, breaking pipes, roaring so loudly the ground shook.

Cassey stood up, terrified but firm.

“Return to origin. Sleep in the storm.”

Aberrant froze.

Its head tilted. Veins flickered erratically.
And then—

It let out one final growl before collapsing with a heavy thud.

Silence.

Excalibar dropped to his knees, panting.

Fiona sobbed.

Cassey stared at the creature’s broken body.

“They created this.
They designed it.
Someone is trying to make monsters… and I think they’ve only just started.”

A new screen blinked before her eyes.

>> Phase One Complete.

> > New Task Unlocked: Locate Subject MP-002.
Warning: Mutation Protocol is active across all regions.**
