I know mental health is something a lot of people , do not like to talk about but it's time we start to normalizing its significance in our lives in our families.

My name is Bella and I'm pretty sure I come from a family that sickness is deep in its veins, growing up I always had this sadness inside of me that know where makes me feel happy. I'm not sure if that's , early signs of depression but it was always there. Growing up as an African/ Jamaican child we don't speak of feelings we just know that we were born to achieve to make the family look great and that's life. Feelings, love, was not something that was spoken about . For a child it's not a way to be raised it's not away to find yourself without being closed off not a way to keep your mind from warping into the demons that will plague it and your siblings in years to come.
