Once again, I want you to imagine something and it will be again very easy for you to do so. Since it is easy to imagine something, that I explain to you. So, it is easy to imagine a wave of relaxation, that washes down your body every time you breathe out. The wave starts at the top of your head. It washes down your whole body. And it ends at your hands and feet. Notice the wave of relaxation, that washes down your body, every time you breathe out. Those waves feel pleasant to you, like the sensation, that you always feel, when you are relaxed. The sensation, that can feel nice, tingly, floating, or whatever else feels right for you. Important is, that you feel this sensation right now in your body however strong or faint it may be.
Let this nice, tingly, and pleasant sensation become stronger, every time you breathe out. Simply let the waves become stronger the longer you are in trance. Notice, how the relaxation is centering itself on your head. As you listen to my voice, you feel your head relaxing more, with every time you breathe out. The waves of relaxation wash down your head and leave this nice, tingly, and pleasant sensation behind. Or whatever else you may feel or experience while you are relaxed. You enjoy this sensation, since it feels so relaxing to you. As you continue to listen to my voice, and follow my suggestion.
The relaxation on your head is spreading out into the rest of your body, spread by the waves as they wash down your body. Carrying this pleasant, tingly, and nice sensation with them. And as you continue to follow my voice, the relaxation reaches your neck and shoulders. They relax more and more with every wave, that washes through them. And as you keep following my voice, these waves are getting stronger now. As they wash down your body. With every breath you take, feel the waves become stronger and stronger. As they wash down your body, they still leave this tingly, nice, and pleasant sensation behind. Or any other sensation that you feel, whenever you are relaxed. You let the waves of relaxation carry this sensation into the rest of your body. You enjoy this feeling, this tingly, nice, and pleasant sensation. Or whatever you may experience right now.
The sensation that lets your body feel warm and heavy. With every breath you take, your body is feeling warmer and heavier. Let your body become more warm and heavy now. So warm and heavy, that you are unable to move it. But right now, you want to keep this warm and heavy feeling in your body. So, let your body rest and you enjoy this warm and heavy feeling. Since your body is too warm and heavy to move it, you direct the focus of wanting to move your body onto other things, that you can do as well. Like focusing even more on my voice. So simple to do that. Focusing on my voice and following my suggestions.
Let the warm and heavy feeling spread into your body and now into your mind as well. The relaxation is spreading into your mind. Further and further with every breath you take. Notice how your thoughts are relaxing now. Let them relax and continue to follow my voice. As your mind and thoughts are relaxing, you may enter a hypnotic trance. Or you already have entered it by imagining the waves of relaxation. Or by thinking about the pond. It is irrelevant at which point you entered a trance. Important is right now, that you are in a trance and have opened your mind to me. And while your mind is open, you can let my voice enter it, as you know or have known before, my voice is able to give you a wonderful experience in trance.
Your thoughts may start to drift, while you are trance. That is fine, let them drift. My voice will accompany you, wherever your thoughts may drift. Enjoy this drifting sensation. As you let yourself go deeper into trance. Continuing to follow my suggestions as you enjoy this drifting sensation. Notice how it allows you to go deeper into trance. With every breath you take, let yourself go deeper into trance, as you focus on my voice. Enjoy being hypnotized by me, since you can now relax. While you are hypnotized, it is so enjoyable to relax.
And therefore, I will give you the deepest and greatest relaxation, that is possible to achieve. I am going to give you three simple suggestions, to make this experience as enjoyable as possible for you. Because the deeper you go into trance, the more you relax. And the more you relax, the more you enjoy this trance. And the more you enjoy this trance, the even deeper you go into trance. Those suggestions are so simple and easy to follow. They let you go deeper into trance and enjoy every second of it in a pleasant and nice way.
