Hello there, I'm DreamVoice,
and welcome to my second hypnosis file, which is designed to let you enjoy the feeling of pure relaxation. Like in my first file, I will put you into a deep trance and let you stay there for a while. But unlike in the first one, I'm going to massage your mind and not your body. This may be interesting, because it may cause you to become mindless, while you are hypnotized. Even though getting you in such a state is not the aim of this file, I will give you suggestions, that your thoughts will return in a coherent manner during the wake up. Near the end, I make suggestions for refreshment and motivation to work on some tasks in your life, before I finally awaken you from trance.

And now a little disclaimer before you start listening: Please be aware of the fact, that hypnosis is requiring focus on the hypnotist respectively though the file. So please, when you listen to this file, do it in a safe environment and do not drink, drive, do drugs, or operate heavy machinery. As well please note, that this file is made for recreational purposes only and is not a substitute for actual therapy practices.

Before you start listening, please get into a comfortable position either sitting or laying down. You may pause the file to do so. Please make sure that your position is secure, so that you don't fall onto the floor, in case you relax too much. Be sure, you are undisturbed and free for the whole time you listen to this file.

Next, I would like you to close your eyes and take deep long breaths in and out. And while you breathe deeply and slowly, I want you to keep your eyes closed and listen to my voice. And as you listen to my voice, continue to take these deep breaths in and out. In and out. Breathe deeply in and out. In and out. You can breathe at your own pace. The pace, that is the most comfortable for you. Keep breathing in and out. Deeply in and out.

It is easy for you to breathe in and out at your most comfortable pace. Since you can breathe at this pace, without needing to think about it. You breathe deeply in and out. In and out. So simple to do that. In fact, it is so simple that you can do it without needing to focus on it. You simply do it. As you breathe in and out without needing to focus on it, you can direct your focus onto my voice. And that is as well easy to do for you, since you already listen to my voice. So, it is easy for you to focus on it. As you breathe in and out, my voice enters your mind. That is fine. You can let it happen. And as my voice enters your mind, I will give you suggestions. Suggestions, which can drop you deep into trance, as you follow them. Suggestions, which let you experience relaxation and enjoyment. Suggestions, which can work on you, as you allow it. Suggestions, like the following one.

As you listen to my voice, my suggestions, letting them work on you, you continue to breathe in and out. And as you breathe, I want you to imagine something, that may help you to relax and drop into trance. I want you to imagine, that every time you take a breath in, you breathe in relaxation and calmness. And these are then spreading out into your body. Also, I want you to imagine, that every time you let a breath out, you breathe out tension and stress. And as those suggestions may start to work on you, I want you to notice your lungs and your heart. Simply notice them, as you continue to breathe deeply in and out. In and out. Notice your expanding lungs, filling with air and releasing it, with every breath you take. Notice your pulsing heart, carrying life and vitality into your body with every pulse. Notice both things happening. As you listen to my voice. As you begin to relax.

Now imagine how your lungs collect relaxation and calmness, every time you take a deep breath in. These relaxation and calmness are then transferred to your heart as it spreads the relaxation and calmness into your body with every pulse. Simply let this happen. At the same time, your heart is collecting tension and stress from your body with every pulse. Those tension and stress are then transferred to your lungs and released from your body, every time you let a deep breath out. Your lungs and your heart are spreading relaxation and calmness into your body, every time you breathe in. And your heart and your lungs are releasing tension and stress out of your body, every time you breathe out. Let this happen for as long as you listen to this file. Let both suggestions, both images, work on you for as long as you listen to my voice.
