It's been a long night. Gingerbrave, Strawberry Cookie, Wizard Cookie, Custard Cookie III and Chili Pepper Cookie after a walk decides to head home. Gingerbrave exhausted fell and slumped down on the hard floor. "Man, I'm so tired..." he groaned before picking himself up. "Yeah, so any ideas of what to do today..?", Strawberry Cookie replied as she adjusts her pink hoodie with her nubby little hands.
Wizard Cookie spots a DnD board on the top shelf. His eyes sparkle with excitement before he finds a stool and pushes it toward the edge of the shelf. As he hops on the top of the small chair, he jumps a few times before he grabs the board. The stool wobbles before Wizard Cookie slips and falls back making a loud thud alerting the other cookies.
"Ow...", Wizard Cookie in pain holding the game. Custard Cookie III ran towards him worrying, "Wizard Cookie! Are you ok?"Wizard Cookie sits and stands back up fixing his ice cream hair and his blue wizard hat. He rushed eagerly before facing towards the rest. "Hey look! It's a DnD board!!", Gingerbrave's blue eyecing eyes sparkled with awe. "I WANNA PLAY I WANNA PLAY!!", Custard Cookie III jumped in excitement eagerly opening the board up. "I WILL BE THE HEIR TO THE THRONE! MAKING SURE ALL KINGDOMS ARE SAFE AND HAPPY!", he annouced to the entire squad.
Meanwhile Chili Pepper leans at the wall near the window smirking at them, "Anyways, I'll be out to grab some snacks." She looked back at the rest of the batch one last time before she faced the door before she walked away with her bright red ponytail swaying every step she took.
In the middle of a dark night near a small village, she swiftly equiped her chili dagger her eyes darted around looking for a snack she can grab. The wind is freezing cold and breezy, a pink poster flutters at the wind's current before it landed right at Chili Pepper Cookie's feet. Curious, she picked it up and scans through the contents: "ETERNAL SWEET RIGHT AT THE VANILLA KINGDOM! Tired of feeling down?! Try saccharine!!" The cookies on the poster are drawn with such uncanny exaggerated smiles of joy and sparkly eyes. A shade of fluorescent pink so bright it she can't even bother to read it for long.
She scoffed at the poster before crumpling and throwing it to the ground. But then, she ponders again about the poster while her spine trembles with uncertainty,
"When did this poster exist? And why do those smiles feel...off?"
