So far Gi hun has been brought back into the dormitory and is grief-struck of what he just witnessed, all his friends being killed-he accepts his defeat and begs the soldiers to die.
However, Frontman has other plans.

He chose to let Gi-Hun suffer terribly and mourn over his loss and give up his faith on humanity- just like In-Ho did.
Another vote is held on whether to end the games; the result is to continue as always.
Gi-hun, still in shock, blames Dae-ho for the rebellion's failure but gets emotional support from Geum-ja, Jun-hee and Hyun-ju which falls short in front of the pain he holds.

After the players are led past the hanged rebels' bodies in the staircase leaving Gi-Hun with tremendous amount of sorrow,
They are assigned roles for a deadly version of hide and seek,
In which armed taggers will hunt hiders attempting to find and unlock an exit with different types of keys.
Before the game, Dae-ho confronts Gi-hun, blaming his plan for the rebels' deaths which triggers a fire of rage in him.
While Yong-sik and Myung-gi switch roles with Geum-ja and Jun-hee to become taggers.

In the game's labyrinth, Hyun-ju, Geum-ja, and Jun-hee team up hunting for an exit.
Jun-hee fractures her ankle while running and goes into labor while Hyun-ju kills several taggers who attack the group.
With the help of Geum-ja, Jun-hee gives birth to a healthy baby girl.
However, Hyun-ju is killed by Myung-gi just after she discovers an exit; overcome with guilt upon seeing Jun-hee and the newborn, Myung-gi walks away.

Meanwhile, a vengeful Gi-hun, assigned as a tagger, pursues only Dae-ho sparing the rest in his way.
Dae-ho confesses to lying about his military background and chickening out of the rebellion due to his fear.
He also attacks Gi-hun, blaming him for the failed rebellion.
Enraged, Gi-hun strangles Dae-ho to death.

Geum-ja, Jun-hee and the baby arrived at an exit, before they encounter Yong-sik.
With the game nearly over, Yong-sik resorts to targeting Jun-hee after failing to eliminate any hiders.
Forcing Geum-ja to intervene and stab him, resulting in the guards killing him and devastating her.
VIPs arrive and pose as soldiers to execute the eliminated players.
Gi-hun, turning the blame for the deaths caused by the rebellion on himself, attempts to commit suicide but is stopped by the guards.

From here on, the detailed description begins. This is an brief overview of all the events that took place so far. The story won't be stretched very long with absurd plots. The entire intention of me writing the plot is to provide a proper closure keeping in mind the character arc and especially expressing the flow of thoughts of the complex Frontman behind his actions.
