"For whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee."
For whom I play,
I play for you.
A playlist journal for the ones who awaken the snoozing corners of my soul —
for the ones we once loved,
for the ones we still do,
and the muses who awaken the music within.
Borrowed voices, offered in place of my own when mine fails.
These songs are echoes, fragments, confessions —
sent across the veil to whoever listens.
When a lyric brushes against the truth,
that's when I see you, my Muse.
Sometimes you are grief.
Sometimes desire.
Sometimes a coward truth left untold.
Sometimes just the wind through the window as I ponder alone.
These songs are for my loved ones, my muse and a time in place.
