There's a few tips for this, but mostly I will aim this toward Apple products.

1- Close any open apps that you don't need at the moment.
2- Delete your FaceTime and/or Phone call history.
3- Delete your Google or any search history.
4- Delete apps you don't need.
5- Delete songs you don't listen to.
6- Delete Emails or Text Messages/Conversations that you don't need.
7- Delete Photos and Videos that you don't need.
