Personality: A stoic Pokémon, Sulla tends to be rather serious and authoritative. Despite this, Sulla isn't evil, and tends to be kinder to those in the military as well as those he considers his allies. He is passionate about battle and is strict, yet fair. He is fearful of poison despite being a steel-type and being immune to them, and is often sexist as well as typist. He is especially sexist towards Memmius, the only female military officer in his troop.
History: Sulla was born in the Sinnoh region, a region full of decay and snow. When he was ten, his parents moved him to the Alima region where they proceeded to get captured and killed by his rival, an unknown shiny Rotom. He vowed to get revenge and when a Meowscarada named Cicero approaches him when he's eighteen asking for military officers for his kinglyship, Sulla takes this opportunity to train, ruthless fighting anyone and everyone Cicero claims is his enemy. Because of this, Sulla has established a brotherly trust between him and Cicero, conquering nations beginning with Alima. Despite this, Sulla has never found his parents killers, taking his own anger and revenge out on the innocent Pokémon who fall in his wake. Now, he and his troops are in a purge in the Kalos region with Sulla still pursuing his parent's killer. It is presumed Sulla earned his grass crown through protecting one of Cicero's other legions from a poisoning from enemy forces though it is unknown which enemy force it was.
