Anamika and Ruhana are two inseparable sisters. They are not real sisters, yet they love each other immensely and deeply. Their parents never differentiate between the two and they grow up into pretty ladies.

Ruhana breaks down after a phone call from her classmate, Shreya. She had been avoiding the said girl for a long time, but now, she couldn’t take it anymore. Anamika runs toward her and hugs her. She kisses the top of her head, trying to calm her.
“Di, humein kisi se farak nahi padta hai. Aap shaant ho jao,” she says, trying to soothe her.
“Kya hua?” Ragini rushes out of the kitchen and finds Anamika trying to calm Ruhana.
She sits beside her daughters and reaches out to hold Ruhana’s hand. “Kya baat hai, bache? Kyun gussa hai? Kispe chilla rahi thi?” she inquired.

“Shreya — Shreya ka call tha..” Ruhana responds, her tone quivering as she sobs while speaking.
“Oh! Matlab Sneha ne sab kuch apni behen ko bata diya hai, huh,” Anamika grunts at the moment while Ruhana looks at her.

“Tune kuch kiya? Usko kuch kaha?” she asks her younger sister.
“Arey nahi, Di. Main kyun kuch bolungi? Aap jaanti ho na vo log humein uksaane ki koshish karte rehte hain,” Anamika says, her tone soft.
“Haan lekin, humne decide kiya tha na ki hum kisi ko bhi kuch nahi kahenge, toh tune kyun kuch kaha usse?” Ruhana asks, wiping the remnants of the tears from her face.
