However, he knows that Ruhana loves Anamika like her own sister, and they have never brought up the topic that they adopted Anamika. Even in her dreams, she’s concerned about her younger sister and that’s the beauty of their relationship.

Neil and Ragini are aware that Anamika and Ruhana will become support systems for each other in the tough times to come, yet, they’re scared about the future. What if, things go haywire between them, What if they pull away from each other? Because life is full of mean people, and when they can drop to any extent to destroy the people, a relationship means nothing to them.

Neil fears that the dice might change in the future, which he doesn’t want to happen. Ragini assures him that it won’t happen ever, their girls are connected by soul, after all.

“Papa, aap pareshan mat hoiye. Jaisa aap soch rahe hain na, vaisa kuch nahi hoga. Main aapse promise karti hoon, meri taraf se aap chinta mat kijiye.” Ruhana hugs her father.

“Main jaanta hoon, bete. Mujhe tujhpe pura bharosa hai. Lekin kabhi kabhi darr lagta hain.” Neil looks at her daughter.

“Papa, aap aisa kyun sochte hain? Kuch nahi hoga, Ana hamesha mere sath rahegi, aur main uska saaya banke rahungi

“Papa, aap aisa kyun sochte hain? Kuch nahi hoga, Ana hamesha mere sath rahegi, aur main uska saaya banke rahungi. Hamara rishtey toh dil se juda hai na, aur aap hi ne kaha tha ki khoon se zyada dil ke rishtey majboot hote hain. Isliye aap fikar mat karo.” Ruhana assures her father.

“Bilkul thik keh rahi hain, Ruhana. Thoda bharosa kijiye apni betiyon pe!” Ragini chides her husband, who now smiles at both his wife and daughter.

“Baat toh aap dono ki sahi hain, Ragini. Aur mujhe Ruhana pe bharosa hai.” He says, tapping Ruhana’s cheek.

“That’s like a good daddy. Ab chaliye, jo aap khaa rahe hain, mujhe bhi khilaiye.” Ruhana chuckles, while Neil feeds her a bite of Poha.

The environment lightens as Ruhana cracks some silly jokes to lighten her parents’ mood. A while later, her father leaves for his office, while Ruhana is still lying in her mom’s embrace. She glances at her mother.
