Chapter Twenty-Four

"Don't even make her walk near it." Kyle demanded.

"I definitely wont." Nick replied.

"What place?" I repeated louder.

"Nothing." They replied together.

Nothing my ass..I know what your talking about.

"Why cant I go?"

"Is she deaf?" Nicholas asked Kyle, completely ignoring me.

"Maybe..." Kyle muttered.

"I am not deaf.....I just don't understand." I replied.

"What is there not to understand? Its dangerous." Nick said.

"Yea...most of those people take drugs, they're always high...If you brush past them by accident, one punch to your face. Do you want to be punched?" Kyle said, with a smirk.

"No....But just one minute?"

"No." Nicholas said flatly.

I sighed," Fine...I got to go."

"Where are you going?" Nicholas asked, startling me by taking my arm.

"Home..." I replied. Well...kinda.

"I'm taking you home...." He brought me around to face him.

I shook my head,"I'm going with Kayla and Skylar...they say I have been neglecting them. So we're going to go shopping."

"Mel....you said you were going home." Nick started to say.

"I know...they are taking me after were done..."

"Cupcake..."

" I did promise them." 

"Alright...Text me later?"

"Yea...." He leaned down and gave me a quick kiss.

"Bye."

"Wait....There is no one here...."

"I know they said to meet to them at the mall." 

"Then I'm taking you there...."

I sighed, "Fine."

At Melissa's House

"Coming!" I yelled as I ran to answer the front door.

I looked through the peep hole and grinned when I saw my boyfriend.

He looked so sexy in his black t-shirt and blue hoodie with black jeans.

I opened the door.

"Hey..." Nick said as I jumped on him.

He caught me easily and I wrapped my feet around his waist.

"Hi!" I said brightly.

"Well your in a good mood."

I blushed and looked down on  his chest, avoiding his eyes.

"What?" He asked.

"I just finished eating dinner.." I mumbled.

Nicholas laughed, "That literally explains it all."

I blushed again and playfully smacked his chest. "Shut up!"

"Can I come inside?" He asked chuckling.

"No..." I said.

"I think you've forgotten that your on me." Nick replied, with a smirk.
