His fate sat in his trembling hands. He couldn't bear to turn the plastic stick around.
"It's okay," Dexter reassured Olly, "whatever the test says EVERYTHING will be okay. I promise."
Quinn flipped it over, his eyes locking on to the two bright pink lines staring back at him. The pit in his stomach becoming increasingly large, his whole demeanor changed. Nervous, numb, and nauseous (although the last one might have been down to the morning sickness).
Greenwood on the other hand was elated. He couldn't help but to allow his tender lips to curl into a wide grin; his excitement was uncontrollable.
"What... do I do?" Olly asked, almost rhetorically and obviously anxiously
"You can get through this. It won't be easy, but ACEZ love you. They'll understand" Dexter said, placing one hand on Olly's shoulder and the other on his soft belly. "All three of us will be okay."
