Chapter 1, Panic

*All For Ones POV*

DANMIT! DANMIT! THAT DANG GORRILA BEAT ME, AND HE WOUNDED ME, he thought

*He paced around his lab, tugging along an air tank, he just woke up from his coma after his battle with all might*

"At least I got a shot in, that should pause him for a while" he mused, but it didn't matter, he had almost been killed. And no matter how much damage he did, this wasn't acceptable to the villan.

"DANM BUFOON!" He yelled slamming a table, sending the nurses who had been standing warily scampering away from the raging monster. He soon collected himself and called a nurse to deliver an order, to commence Operation Paradox, Nomu, and Succsessor.

*Timeskip a year*

*All for one smiled malicously, they were making great progress, they had located a canadate for all of the operations, and were getting them as soon as possible*

"Sir? SIR?" The doctor said "We got the first subject for the Nomu"

"Perfect! Show me! Let's see if this works!" All for one laughed, and then a screen turned on in front of him showing a male suspended to a board. But when the nurses injected the extra quirks, he started screaming in pain, writhing and trying to escape, his whole body inflating before *POP* he exploded, guts flying everywhere

They watched in silence, the gruesome scene splattered on the walls in the tv, before the projection turned off and AFO sighed "What the hell...you said it would work" he turned to the doctor, his non-existent eyes pierced his soul, the doctor gulped and said "W-W-well y-yes, t-thats what we believed would happen" he said nervously

*POP*

All For One wiped his hands, looking where the doctor had been "You FAILED" he said at the guts on his walls, before calling someone in to clean the mess, and this is how the Nomu experimentation went for a whole three years, until they finally fixed it.

Meanwhile, All For One had been training the now Tomura Shigaraki in the ways of villainy, showing him how to kill effectively and cause chaos, and instilling a deep hatred of heroes, and especially All Might.

But.......Operation Paradox was a complete failure, every single person dying at the first stage, in mere seconds, and over the years they had lost at least 230 people to this mission, and was close to being scrapped, before AFO had a terrible idea, find someone with one or more powerful quirks, and remove them at a young age, then kidnap them and make them the Paradox.

Soon, he had doctors in every single quirk center in Japan, just watching and waiting for the right person to fall right into their diabolical trap.
