We all go back to the defence lobby my heart pounding as I was nearly convicted of a crime I didn't do...I know I don't kill him although I couldn't remember a thing.

"I-I am sorry Miss Summers..." I look besides me and I find Miss Drew looking at me with a sorry look on her face.

"N-no don't worry! It's ok I'm fine I know it must be a hard case considering I can't remember what happened....But don't give up until it's over right!?" I say excitement in my voice. As I remember what a very close friend of mine would always say.

"Ah.....She says that a lot as well." I hear Mr Morix mumble to himself indeed I know who he was talking about after all he was her boss and the reason I came to the U.S. was to see her.

"Right! I promise Miss Summers I will do all in my power to get you a not guilty!" Miss Drew says

"Haha thank you very much!" I smile back at her. I guess the real trial starts here. I know a lot about trials because of a few friends of mine and there mum and dad being a big part in the court house.

"DEFENCE AND ACCUSED THE TRIAL IS ABOUT TO BEGIN PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY BACK TO THE COURT ROOM!" The bailiff shouts and hopefully for the last time today.

*bang*

"Court is now back in session for the trial of Miss Summers." Every time he says my name I feel a chill go down my spine.

"We will have Miss Rose testily about what she saw." Miss Bloom calls out.

A young girl who was about 24? I would guess walks up to the stand she has short purple hair and green eyes. She has a hat on that has lots and lots of different flowers on and a cream office jacket and skirt with a black blouse underneath. She has had on black heels with cream bows on.

"Name and occupation Miss." The Judge asks.

"Flower Rose I'm a florist." She looks pretty grim for someone called Flower.

"Miss Rose please tell us about what you saw." Miss Bloom asks of the witnesses she doesn't get a response just a role of the eyes. RUDE!

-Cross Examination-
~Flower Rose - What I saw~

"It was about 10:30pm and I was walking home when I passed the garden of the court house."

"I herd some people talking rather loudly so I found a hole in the fence and looked in."

"I saw some people one holding a gun."

"Then one fell down and then another."

"Thank you Miss Rose see Miss Summers is obviously the killer!" Miss Bloom shouts a hint of a smile on her face.

"Well wait until after the the cross examination and we will find out." Miss Drew defends me. But it is a Prosecutor's job to find the defendant guilty so I don't have a grudge against Miss Bloom for accusing me.
