But the scene wasn't over.

The MPT members stood frozen as Karishma, barely conscious, used whatever strength she had left to turn her head toward Billu. Her lips moved, her voice weak, yet clear enough for them all to hear.

"kuch nahi hone diya na, Billu... bas itna hi kaafi hai..."

And then—her body stilled.

The screen faded to black.

Silence.

A silence so suffocating, so heavy, it felt like the air itself had turned to stone.

Cheetah exhaled shakily, his eyes suspiciously bright. "Yeh... yeh toh bas ek trick hai, na? Matlb... asli mein nahi hua tha?" His voice wavered, desperate for confirmation.

Pushpa Ji remained silent, her usually warm gaze now shadowed.

Santu turned toward Haseena, as if searching for an explanation, an escape from what they had just witnessed. But Haseena's face remained cold, unreadable.

"Toh?" The Mysterious Woman's voice was soft, yet it carried a weight that pressed on their very souls. "Kya aap ab bhi samajhne se inkaar karenge?"

No one answered.

Because for the first time since this nightmare began, they weren't sure they could.

The scene shifted again.

The screen flickered before them, and suddenly, they were standing in the middle of chaos. Flames licked at the walls, smoke curled through the air in thick, suffocating waves. The crackling of burning wood filled the silence, and amidst the destruction—Billu.

He was trapped beneath a heavy beam, coughing violently, eyes darting around in panic as the fire crept closer. The temperature in the mysterious room where MPT stood seemed to rise as if the flames on the screen were reaching for them.

Before anyone could process what was happening, Karishma appeared once again.

She was covered in soot, her breathing ragged, but her eyes—sharp, focused.

The Mysterious Woman's voice rang out, echoing both through the room and from the screen itself.

"Agar aap peeche hat jaayein, toh aap bach sakti hain."

Karishma froze for the briefest moment, but then—she shook her head.

She coughed, gripping the burning-hot beam with trembling hands, but her resolve never wavered.

"Main inhe chhod ke nahi jaane waali."

With one last, desperate push, she shoved Billu out of the collapsing room. He tumbled into safety just as—

A deafening crash.

The ceiling came down.

A cloud of dust and embers swallowed Karishma whole.

MPT members flinched. The impact of her sacrifice was just as heavy as the debris that buried her.

Cheetah turned away, rubbing his face as his shoulders shook. His voice, when it came, was barely audible.

"Karishma Madamm..."

Pushpa Ji gripped the end of her saree, her lips trembling. A single tear escaped her eye and trailed down her cheek.

"Meri beti..." she whispered.

Santu's legs nearly gave out, and Cheetah instinctively grabbed her arm to steady her.
