Chapter 1~The knock on the door

(Lucy's POV)
Today was a lazy day, I was chilling on the sofa in my booty shorts, a cream tank top and I had my hair in a messy bun. The rain stared pouring down outside so I pulled a blanket over myself and switched on the TV to watch a movie. While I was flicking through the channels there was a knock on the door, the first thing that came to my mind that Ashton was surprising me because he is due to come back from his Europe tour today. I stood up and ran to the door, I opened it with a huge smile on my face waiting to give Ashton a hug but it was my Ex Owen. I tried to close the door but he put his foot in front so I couldn't close the door. "GO AWAY OWEN" I whispered but with anger in my voice, all he said back was "please can we sort this out" in a sad tone. I then told him to go away again but this time I screamed it. Owen looked at me, seconds later he punched me to the ground and dragged me upstairs by my messy bun.

Everything seemed like a blur, I was loosing conscious while Owen dragged me into my bedroom and locked the door. Owen started to take off my clothes, I tried to stop him but I couldn't move my body. Once Owen got all of my clothes off he chucked me on my bed and started kissing me. Moments later I finally gained conscious and started screaming, Owen covered my mouth and started to rape me. I heard a door close in my house, I knew it was Ashton this time because I heard Ash, Luke, Michael and Calum's voices coming from downstairs. Ashton shouted on my name and came upstairs knocking on the bedroom doors, he finally got to my bedroom door and realised that my door was locked. Owens hand was across my mouth to stop me from talking but that didn't stop me from doing a scream in my mouth. Ashton heard the mumble coming from me so he started banging on the door saying "Lucy let me in" in a deep voice. I wish Ashton could understand that I need help right now, Ashton kept on banging on the door but eventually he said "Lucy watch out, I'm away to knock the door down". Owen just acted normal but then all of a sudden Ashton knocked the door down, he stood still until he realised what was happening. Ashton rugby tackled Owen off me and started punching him while I was in shock, lying on my bed so confused of what just happened to me. Owen got off of the ground and kicked Ashton in the balls, he then pulled me off my bed which made me bang my head off the bed side cabinet. I was loosing conscious again, I saw Luke coming into the room with a blanket. Luke jumped over my bed to get to me to put a blanket over me so nobody would see me naked. Michael and Calum ran upstairs and came into the bedroom to help Ashton beat Owen up.

Luke carried me out of the bedroom while Ashton, Michael and Calum were beating up Owen. All of a sudden 2 Ambulances and 3 police cars showed up to our house, I said to Luke "I don't want to go outside, I'm.. I'm" Luke just told me to be quite and not to worry. Police started to run up our stairs while Luke took me out to paramedics and stayed with me until Ashton came out with the others. Ashton looked like he was in pain but the first thing he asked me was "are you okay", I replied with a simple yes but was staring at the ground, he looked at me like I done something wrong, I was so confused. The ambulance drove off to go to hospital, Luke and Calum were in an ambulance with me, Michael and Ashton were in the other one while Owen went in a police car. While travelling to the hospital one of the paramedics got a phone call from the police saying "Owen is badly injured so he'll need to go up to hospital to get checked out". For the whole journey to the hospital Luke kept on looking at me in a strange way. I didn't want to look at him back because it would feel weird, Michael was shaking but not as bad as Luke. I just kept on looking up at the roof thinking about what just happened, what would Ashton be thinking I thought to myself. I just lied down on the stretcher wondering if my life will always be like this, what if Ashton's life will always be helping me through life. I don't want to do this anymore I thought, I just want to be alone and not get into anymore danger.
