Final Memory and Intermission

Sam: I thought it was cool hanging with the popular girl.

Braidon: (waited for a second) Mostly the fact she switched my body and set me head on fire?

Ghot sighed as she heard the reasons.

Ghot: You guys need help. Unfortunately, I'm not a therapist, and even if I were, I would be horrible at it, but I will say this. Please never bully others just because you are jealous. Lizzy, if you meant to say sorry, show it with action, not through the word. I want to see you MEAN IT. Same with the rest of you, and again, not you Thad, you are cool. Understand!

Lizzy: (nods) I will try, but I still might feel jealous.

Ghot: That's what I want to hear. So, did anything happen while I was asleep?

Emily: Yeah, D was here earlier. Because you were asleep, she wanted me to tell you that she is with Uzi and the other murder drone outside, about to take some flight test or something.

Ghot: (thinks for a moment) Alright, thanks Emily. I better get going now.

Rebecca: Are you sure you can walk, especially after your fight with... that monstrous bird drone thingy?

Ghot: Yeah, I should be fine. Oh... right. You guys are not aware of the other kind of drones.

Sam: Yeah, I saw how deadly they seem compared to the murder drone.

Thad: You won't believe how we reacted when we saw it fight you. I thought it was some upgraded murder drone, but I will admit that your fight with it was terrific.

Ghot: (laughs a little) I think about it. It looks cool from your point of view, but for me, it was life or death.

Darren: Would you ever explain to us what it is about?

Ghot: (thinks for a moment) Maybe when we feel safe, I might explain what I know so far. I better get going now. Thad, make sure they all show they are genuinely sorry.

Thad: You can trust me.

Ghot nodded at Thad and went on her way to her other friends. The rest of the students looked at each other momentarily before one spoke out.

Emily: So, Lizzy, how would you show Ghot you are sorry?

Lizzy: Easy. I still have contact with V. I could ask her what she needs. As for what we can do, Thad, can you still get that blueprint of Uzi's railgun and the anatomy of a worker drone?

Thad: I know she still has the blueprint in her room, but I might have to ask her dad for it. As for the blueprint for the worker drone, I know a guy who has one.

Emily: (look at Lizzy) What are you suggesting?

Lizzy: It's time that we are going to rebel against whoever is trying to kill us and assist Ghot, Uzi, and the murder drone who allied with us.

Rebecca: I hope we are ready by then. Isn't that right, bab?

Darren: (worried) Yes, of course...

Time passed as Ghot ran out of the colony and straight to the spiral. She spotted D on the ground as she reached her destiny, looking up.

Ghot: D! Did I miss anything?

D: (Turns to see Ghot) Ghot! You are in time; Uzi is about to take flight lessons from me, N, and V.

Ghot: On time! So, where is Uzi and everyone?

As she asked, Ghot and D heard a scream from the top of the spiral and saw Uzi falling down, obviously not even flying.
