This book follows Amalias teenage years, her last year of secondary school in particular. She does have some struggles, some rebellion, some troublemaking. You've got the same characters as book one, with the addition of Charlie who you would have met at the very end!
I will warn you that Amalia does have some troubles with bullies in the beginning of this book
