"Uh,,, can you stop staring at me? Like I know my hat is cool and all but stop, it's creepin me out" he clicked his fingers infront of my face, "oh - oh sorry... don't take this the wrong way, but you have a cute smile!!" I compliented him, his face flushed before looking down at his phone, "um - uh umm thanks..." he mumbled.

He's adorable when he's all flustered! woah wait... I can't say that, I'm dating Junior! I slightly shook my head, not believing that I called Joseph adorable, he's literally so mean to me... I a creak from afar, it was Cody. He was kind of dressed like me, except no scarf and he had gloves on, "sorry I took forever joseph - oh, hiya Penelope" He cut himself off to greet me, I gave him a small hi and wave.

That after that we all began walking over to Junior's house, I was next to Joseph the whole time we walked there, I couldn't help but take a few peeks at his features. He was really beautiful, genuinely! I can't believe he's single.

After a couple of minutes, we all finally arrived at Junior's house, I stepped forward to press the bell before going back to standing in my previous spot, "how come you took so damn long nerd?" Joseph nudged Cody, "agh god damn -! I had to help my mom with the chores and my dad needed help with... something personal" he explained himself. I kind of liked their dynamic. Before that final thought the door slowly creaked open, there stood my,,, gorgeous boyfriend! Junior.

"Hey guys! and hey Penelope!" he greeted us, Cody and Joseph said their usual saying as I went up to him and gave him a peck on the cheek, he motioned us to come inside. So we all followed him inside, when I first walked in, I noticed the house was slightly messy. Although not as messy as my house, "Hey Joseph and Penelope?" Junior asked us, "yeah dude?" Joseph answered. "you guys can go sit upstairs on the red couch if you want, I need Cody to help me with something heavy".

Junior assured us, that was sweet! "is it your balls? are your balls heavy Junior?" Cody said in a flirtatious tone, "fuck you Cody" Joseph responded out loud. I gave a small genuine giggle, "no it's the fridge you fucking dork now come and help me!" Junior dragged Cody's hand, me and Joseph walked up the stairs to the famous red couch. Joseph sat at his usual spot on the couch as I remembered. I sat down next to him, but not too close.

"hey uh, Penelope?" Joseph started the conversation with me, "um, yeah?" I replied back without even realizing it. "eariler, when we were waiting for Cody, why did you mention that I had a cute smile...?" he queried, I almost fluster, I thought he forgot! "um, sorry was that a bit to personal?" I fiddled my fingers together out of embarrassment and avoidance. "no no no it's not, it was just - unexpected, that's all huzz" he responded, he called me... huzz? oh god. "It was actually nice, no one has said anything nice about my smile, not even my mama or daddy" He adjusted his sitting position to 1 leg on top of another, almost crisscrossing them in a way.

"Oh, well I'm glad to be the person to mention that" I glee softly, "just a question" he starts up again, I hummed to let him know I was listening,  "how come you're still with Junior?" he asked, with a sound of concern in his voice, beautiful voice, wait wait no! "Um, well, uh..." I begin stuttering out of having - no - idea - what - I'm - about- to - say.

"He constantly fatshames you, cheats on you, I don't think he has any remorse of what he does to you" he explained, I was flabbergasted. I mean, Junior did do all of those things, "... yeah" I begin speaking up, "but, I just don't know how to properly  break up with him!" I pouted. "Just do what you normally would do, or just get distant from him and hangout more with well -you know... um, me" He begin speaking before slowly changing into a lower tone, I slightly heard him at the ending of his sentence, I mean...

He seems like a way more nicer dude than Junior, he only dislikes me because of Junior, but he genuinely seems nice. "Well, it'd be rude to deny such a great idea, so... why not?" I smiled cheerfully, I saw Joseph's face lit up as soon I said why not. It was a pleasant sight actually - I never seen him smile whenever I'm around, "I like you" he sputtered out. I contorted my face into an shock expression,  I noticed him shiver and turned his face down.

I giggled and I slowly put my hand on the couch, gradually sliding my hand across to interlock with his, I eventually did so, smoothly and successfully. Joseph noticed to, and interlocked back with my hands, I blush out of fear, but I overcome it as I try to relax my muscles. Seeing this happen, I'd say we're offical now.
