"You'll kick it's ass" He encouraged.

"I just hate test; I'd rather be working on something" Izuku groaned. "Can't mess with my phone anymore" He grumbled.

"Why's that?" Hitoshi asked curiously.

Izuku flushed. "I... um... I might lose your number this time..." He added

Hitoshi smiled softly. "Ah, but I have yours now"

Izuku huffed. "My luck is completely screw up my phone and you wouldn't be able to message or call" He complained.

Hitoshi laughed brightly. "It's okay"

"I enjoy our talks, would hate for them to stop" Izuku said laughing.

"I feel the same" Hitoshi agreed.

Izuku grinned brightly. "I'll text you in the morning" He said with a yawn. "Some of us need sleep"

"Sleep is for the weak and the school and college-ages" Hitoshi teased gently. "sleep well"

Izuku smiled. "Night Hitoshi" He said with fant tone.

"Night Izuku" Hitoshi returned.

Izuku hung up the phone, not really wanting to, before crawling into bed and snuggling down, falling asleep.

Hitoshi finally sent the new phones he had designed with Izuku's tweaks in mind, they will be out in a month in his store. He made sure to look up the address of Izuku midoriya, sending him his own, edition, the sleek crimson, and gold design engraved on the back with 'I. Midoriya'.

Izuku had aced his tests, he was happy and had every intention of calling Hitoshi when he got home to tell him he'd passed. On his way home, something had him stopping dead in his tracks in front of one of The shinso stores. His phone design was featured in the window. After the shock wears off, he thinks, he's only told one person about some of the specific designs, pulling out his phone he called Hitoshi right away. "This is Hitoshi" Hitoshi answered, yanking the tie off. He hated press meetings.

"H-hitoshi" Izuku stumbled over the word. "M-my phone ideas. T-there in one of The shinso technology stores" He babbled.

Hitoshi but his lip. "Yeah... have you not made it home yet?"

"No? Why?" He asked, confused. "What's going on?"

"Get to you place" Hitoshi urged. "I sent you a gift"

"I don't understand. I only told YOU about my ideas" He said, almost home by now, head still spinning and confused.

"Very true" Hitoshi smiled, almost sadly. He hoped Izuku would still talk to him.

Izuku fumbled with the lock, finally making it into the house and back to his room where a box sat, addressed to him. He put Hitoshi on speaker phone so he could open it carefully. "Hitoshi... I don't..." He said as he opened the box revealing a brand new shinso phone to his exact specifications and color. "You bought me a phone?" He found himself asking.

"Izuku they just got released today. I mailed that three days ago"

He felt like the wind had been knocked out of him. "H-hitoshi... S-shinso.. He squeaked out.

"Yeah.... hi" Hitoshi scrubbed the back of his neck.

Izuku bit his lip, blushing at all the things he'd told Hitoshi. This was Hitoshi shinso, the owner and brains behind shinso industries. This was one of Izuku's hero's and he'd been FLIRTING with him! Izuku was absolutely mortified. "Hi..." He squeaked back.

"C'mon Izuku, don't be all squeaky now" Hitoshi pouted, the pout visible in his voice.

Before Izuku could respond his aunt came in calling his name. "I... um... I have to go.. my aunt is home... and she's calling me" He managed to say, stumbling over his words. "Sorry, mr. Shinso- Hitoshi... bye" he corrected himself quickly before hanging up and facepalming.

Hitoshi stared at his phone, frowning softly he knew this would happen.

From Hitoshi: This is why I didn't want to tell you my last name. I'm sorry if I made it too awkward for you.

From Hitoshi: I'm personally inviting you to my Christmas party. Both the stuffy one and the after party if you'd like to come to either or both. You'll be on the VIP list. Just give your name to the door attendant.

Izuku went and talked to his aunt, he probably couldn't tell you what they talked about if you paid him to. Afterwards, he read Hitoshi's text and frowned.

From Izuku: it's not awkward. It's hurts. You didn't think you could tell me who you were?

From Izuku: I told you everything about me! Was I just something to waste your time on while you were bored?

From Izuku: Just leave me alone...

After his last text he threw the box with the phone in it into the chair in the corner after turning off his own phone. Izuku crawled in bed and under the covers, wiping his tears away roughly when a few slipped down his cheek. Hitoshi frowned down at his phone, worried.

From Hitoshi: Of course not! I enjoy talking to you. It's refreshing, fun, and I love it. I didn't tell you because you have no idea how many times, I let someone close, only for them to find out about my name and completely change.

From Hitoshi: I can't help how I react to things.

From Hitoshi: Izuku please.

From Hitoshi: Izuku......

Izuku left his phone off for the next couple of days, he couldn't deal with Hitoshi or anything right now. He told his aunt he'd broken his charger, she offered to get him a new one, but he declined, saying it would do him some good to be away from it for a while.
