Naina's pov

Today is a haldi ceremony and in the evening there is Sangeet. The rituals are held one after another because didi and jiju had to go to London.

Tomorrow is didi's wedding I can't believe that. I got ready for the haldi and was searching for someone to click my pictures, Ritvik was nowhere to be found but then i spotted Rajiv who was busy making some arrangements.

"Rajiv!" I called out and he turned towards me and smiled. "Can you please click my pictures?" I asked to which he replied, "gladly Naina, give me your phone". Oh god he is a pure form of gentleman.

"Thank youuu! Goshh anybody will fall in love with you" i complimented and he just smiled and clicked photos.

"You are looking gorgeous Naina" Rajiv said looking directly in my eyes. "Really!? Thank you! You are the first one to compliment me otherwise my mom said that the hairstyle is not suiting me"

"Everything you wore suits you" He said, "awww" I exclaimed and pinched his cheeks. This guy is my favourite, we have been together since childhood and he is more like a family member to us.

We both have been shipped by our parents since childhood but we didn't mind it because we know we are best friends. We had been together whenever there are ups and downs in our life. I rant and complain about my life to him and he listens as if it is the most important thing for him.

"Now shut up and go , aren't we being dramatic" I said and laughed to which he just nodded and went.

Rajiv's pov

I was given work my Madhavi aunty to see the haldi ceremony arrengements but then someone called me, i smiled it was Naina.

I turned around to look at her, she was asking me to click her pictures to which i gladly accepted and then she said something which made my heart flutter, it stopped pounding, it stopped or many more feelings. I took a deep breath.

"Thank youuu! Goshh anybody can fall in love with you" she complimented, "but you aren't" i thought to myself and just smiled and clicked her photos.

Here we go again It's just her ranting about anything around her but I love to listen to her.

"Everything you wore suits you" I said, "awww" she exclaimed and pinched my cheeks. Her touch. Her touch makes me go crazy.

"Now shut up and go , aren't we being dramatic" she said and laughed, a chuckle left my mouth seeing her laugh. I nodded and went to continue my work.

Everyone gathered for ceremony. The rituals started and the bride and groom glowed under the haldi.
