It's been a while since I was this close with her.

I shrug and turn away from her,

“It’s okay, I don’t mind.” I casually say while placing my ear phones in my ear and pressing play on my phone.

I really don’t mind being near you Rin.

Haerin’s POV:

“It’s okay, I don’t mind.” She causally says and I promise you I’m not lying, my heart was swelling. That’s the most she has ever said to me these past two weeks.

God. I miss you Minji.

But I’m the idiot that hurt you.

I can’t stop thinking about her confession.

Jesus, just the way she said it sounded too perfect that it scared me. Why the hell did I enjoy those words escaping her full lips.

I secretly glanced towards her side profile and felt my heart beating erratically that I swore it was audible to everyone inside the van.

What is this feeling?

I’ve tried forgetting it by spending time with Niki. But lately? I’ve been feeling extremely irritated by his clinginess.

Before her confession actually, when they came to visit us in Thailand I felt annoyed. He hadn’t stopped texting, calling. I use to think that it was cute because I had feelings for him but seeing him outside my hotel room while I was having an interesting time with Minji I wanted to punch his face.

“Okay you three can take a seat at the back and relax. Minji let’s go over your solo.” I unconsciously feel my eyes follow Minji as she gracefully walked towards the instructor. She looked absolutely beautiful with the way she held her head up high as her long dark hair flowed effortlessly down her back. I gulp as I noticed sweat glistening on her toned abs. The kind abs that looked absolutely tast—

“You’re staring.” I jump and began to choke on my water lightly. Hanni giggles and begins to pat my back. I take in a deep breath and slowly faced her. Why is it so hot in here?

“And you’re blushing.” She teases.

I groan and place my head in my hands as I leaned forward with my elbows resting on my thighs.

“I’m so confused Unnie.” I breath out.

“Of what? You and Minji’s kiss?” She asks and I quickly shoot up and stare at her wide eyed. She smirks,

“I know everything. With Minji’s feelings, the kiss, Niki..” She leaned in and whispered the last part. I wince and stare at her full of regret. She catches the look and fans her hands at me dismissively,

“Don’t worry I’m okay. She explained to me your reason and I understand. In all honesty, I probably would’ve done the same thing if it meant protecting you guys.” She causally says. I breath out and smiled but remembering what she had said previously I quickly averted my eyes to the ground,

“I don’t know what I’m doing anymore. I don’t understand all these emotions. All I know is that I miss her. A lot.” I softly say. Hanni sighs and places her hand in mine,

“Want to know what I think? I think you have feelings for that Bear over there.” I quickly look up and furrow my eyebrows with my heart beat doubling in rhythm again. That can’t be—

“What?” I ask. She sends me a pointed look,

“Just hear me out. I think you’ve never realized these feelings until you started to lose her. I mean come on, I see the way you stare at her even before Niki. Just now you were literally undressing her with your eyes.” I gasp and go to protest but she had quickly cut me off with the most smug grin I have ever seen. She continues,

“Even in the van! You were staring at her with this distant longing kind of look.” She chuckles out. I feel a blush creep into my cheeks from embarrassment . She sighs,

“Look if you let that girl go, you’re going to regret it.” She sadly states before getting up and placing her hand on my head. She looks at me again,

“And if you do decide to ignore your true feelings, then let her go and let her move on.” She whispers before making her way towards Dani. I feel my heart instantly drop as I quickly glanced back towards Minji who began to dance in the most perfect way.

Minji moving on from me?

Minji meeting someone else?

Minji introducing that person to us?
