The mountain cabin became the site of an explosive confrontation as the Decay of Angels, the Agency, and the Port Mafia converged. Snow fell heavily as the three factions faced off, their weapons drawn and abilities crackling in the air.

At the center stood Dazai, shielding Haruka with one arm and holding the book with the other. Fyodor stepped forward, his eyes glinting with dangerous intent against his enemies. He looked at dazai worried.

"Come back, Dazai," Fyodor said calmly.
"Give me the book and the girl. You can’t protect her forever."

"Maybe not," Dazai replied, his voice steady. "But I can protect her long enough to destroy everything you’re planning."

The Agency arrived moments later, with Atsushi stepping between Dazai and Fyodor. "Dazai-san, please—let us help you!"

Dazai’s gaze softened. "You’ve helped enough, Atsushi. But this is where we part ways."

As the factions clashed, Haruka’s abilities awakened fully, creating a paradoxical field that threw the battle into chaos. For a brief moment, everyone’s powers were nullified, and the snow-filled air grew eerily silent.

In that moment, Dazai made his move, using the book to rewrite the battlefield. When the light faded, he, Haruka, and the book were gone.

Months passed, and Yokohama began to heal from the chaos. The Agency and the Mafia returned to their uneasy truce, while Fyodor retreated to plot anew. He was also sad and is plotting a new plan to get them back.

But Dazai and Haruka were nowhere to be found.

In a quiet coastal village far from the city, a man and his young daughter lived in peaceful anonymity. Dazai watched as Haruka played by the shore, her laughter echoing in the salty breeze.

For now, they were safe. But Dazai knew the peace wouldn’t last. The world would come for them eventually.

Until then, he would cherish every moment.
