At that moment the drivers of the helicopter and both jeeps get a call on their cellphones. They turn off reggaeton music and activate their hand free devices.

They believe they're having a call with each other but it was actually Three mocking at them and mimicking their voices. The message was as it follows:

“You're the worst pilot/driver I've ever seen, that's why you were deployed in a city with no criminals. And that's why you had to pay others to go to the border with the Northern Federation for combat just to save your own asses you lazy cowards. For people like you NATO has a population decline and girls like your wife prefer the Northern Federation fugitive immigrants to you, you lazy cowards!”

Then she connects the call to each other's cellphones for real and laughs as they begin to argue.

Then Minus observes astonished as both jeeps and the helicopter shoot at each other and catch fire to finally end up in a giant explosion as the helicopter, that's already falling, launches a couple missiles that destroy both jeeps along with a section of the highway. Then a second explosion lightens the night as the helicopter falls in a street named Buđanovci, which was mostly inhabited by Northern Federation fugitive immigrants and many Serbs.

A girl was having a bath while listening to the song “every time we're in touch Nightcore”. She sees the helicopter falling across the window, it happens so fast that she believes NATOs logo is a broken heart, and yells with a strong Serbian accent

Again? Don't worry, NATO has been betrayed again. It looks like their flying vehicles still prefer Serbian soil to the blue sky.

Soon Minus manages to get to the neighboring town to new Atlantis built around an old argentinian scientific base in the antarctic peninsula.

There Minus meets one the leaders of the Blockchain resistance movement: El Che Dimaria. He wears black and red clothes and explains Minus how after the Neuronal Network is taken down each resistance movement all over the world is to organize itself with a descentralized messaging app and establish a chain of command like an actual army. The streets are to be taken bloodlessly as the riotists are to use only non-lethal weapons against NATO's military police to prevent escalation. Those weapons may include sound, water cannons, paintball guns, airsoft guns, paint grenades and of course gas masks along with actual mustard gas.

Then Minus asks, but how are we supposed to contact each other and organize if the Neuronal Network is taken down?
