Btw small headcanon:dib is partially deaf, and so is zim

Dib had woken up, he had a weird dream, but he couldn't quite remember what it was about, he got up and put on his hearing aid, glasses, a black shirt whit a aqua green ghost on it and black boots, he then finally finished getting ready, he looked at the clock and it was 6am, 9ne hour till he has to go to skool.

He got out of his room and went down to the kitchen, he saw his sister playing her game, and his father was nowhere to be seen, he sat down and started eating a bowl of cereal...

At skool

Dib was on his desk, for some reason, he was there before the other students came in, he was studying some things before the math test

Zim was the second one to enter, he just exchanged a glare whit dib and say down, then it hit them both, it was SIX am, school started at 8, they both were way to early, Dib took this chance to capture Zim, he took the metal handcuffs and tried to capture him, they both ran around the school, untill, Dib had misstepped, and he fell, they were in the cafeteria, more specifically, inside the kitchen

Zim was laughing at his face, what they din't notice was a knife that was not safely put in place, so it fell, and it stabbed dib in the back of his neck, he screamed at the pain, the wound was deep, so it affected him a bit much, Zim was standing there shocked, sure he was his arch enemy, but he hadn't expected... THIS!

Dib started to feel his vision go blurry, he then fainted, at that point he was dead. But then...

dib: GASP "what the- I'm- I'm alive? I'm okay?"

Maybe it was just a weird dream... He then put on his clothes, his hearing aid, went to eat, his sister was still playing like the dream and his father nowhere to be found, he then went to school, it was the same scene as the dream he chased after Zim, fell down in the kitchen and got stabbed, he then woke up in his bed at 6am again..

"This can't be happening, this Cant be happening.."

He was in a time loop, but he would need to prove his theories correct, but still, he feared it really was just a dream and that he could die for real if he tried, but it felt so real.. He then decided to try to see if his theory was correct..
