"Riki why are you acting like this? this is not you!" yelled Sunghoon at Riki who rolled his eyes at Sunghoon's words. "what do you mean? this has always been me?!" said Riki, clearly irritated by Sunghoon's words as he crossed his arms across his chest.
They had been arguing for a while because a sensitive topic came out accidentally and now they were here, screaming at each other's faces, no one to stop them as the rest members weren't home because of something they had to do, leaving them both alone.
"you're acting as if you have never been happy!" yelled Sunghoon. Riki paused as he said that. Has..he never been happy? Pft—yes he has...like 4 years ago. but he was still happy, and thats all that matters right?
His expressions changed to angry now. "so what? they like me better don't they? they don't like seeing me happy!" yelled Riki, his voice cracking at the end. He wanted to cry and scream but he held himself back. He held himself back because he didn't want Sunghoon to know how much hurting he is. His heart hurting as he realized what he has been doing these past few years.
"no they don't! we miss the old ni-ki! i miss my old ni-ki!" yelled Sunghoon with hurt in his words. Riki looked at him, disbelief expressed on his face. "you..you miss the o-old me?" said Riki as he looked down. His usual sharp features softening as he closed his eyes that were filling with tears.
Sunghoon looked at him, shocked as this is his first time seeing Riki cry in a while. He got closer to Riki, trying to hug him but Riki backed away as he harshly swiped away his tears. "n-no don't..i don't need your pity." said Riki in between tears as he put his hand out to front to stop Sunghoon. "what do you mean? i'm not hugging you out of pity Riki. i'm hugging you because i care about you."
Riki looked up at him, his face showed nothing but sadness and tears rolled down his face. Sunghoon hugged him, Riki protested by squirming around but against Sunghoon's hold he couldn't escape.
A few minutes of silence passed until Sunghoon decided to say something. "i miss you Riki.. i miss my Riki who came to his Sunghoon hyung in the middle of the night for cuddles. i miss my Riki who was always happy. i miss my Riki who was always touchy with his hyungs. where did my Riki go? please..Riki come back." said Sunghoon, tears threatening to fall down his face as he hugged Riki from his waist. His head buried in Riki's neck, soon filling Riki's shirt with his tears.
"i—" said Riki but he couldn't finish. He couldn't and didn't know what to say to Sunghoon. He didn't know Sunghoon felt like that. He looked at Sunghoon through his teary eyes, how he clutched his hands on his waist. He realized Sunghoon was crying as he felt something wet on his shoulders. This was weird..he hasn't seen Sunghoon cry in a while. oh..maybe.. maybe he does miss him.
"please Riki..i'm begging you from the bottom of my heart, come back p-please. i swear i will make you the happiest. we will make you happy again." said Sunghoon, his voice sounded raspy from all the crying and yelling. Riki hugged him harder, wrapping his arms around his neck as he cried, saying nothing. He didn't care at this point.
"why..why did you stop coming to my room for cuddles?" whispered Sunghoon. Riki kept quiet and said nothing. He didn't want to destroy this moment he had with his hyung because of something stupid such as feelings.
"i—i...i realized i had feelings for you hyung. i realized i l-loved you more than a hyung, a brother." said Riki in one go, closing his eyes at what Sunghoon was gonna say, hugging Sunghoon harder more than ever. He didn't know why he told him, he should've kept quiet like always. If he had been quiet for a few years, why couldn't he be quiet now?
