"Ankheen Dekheen To Main ,
Dekhtaa Rah gaya!
Jaam Dooo Ore Doonoon ,
Hee Doo Ateshaaaa!"
The next day, the Pandavas and Kunti continued their journey toward Dwarka. Arjun, still weary from the long ride, had dozed off on his horse, while the other Pandavas were chatting animatedly, enjoying the serene beauty of the journey.
"Arjun, how can he sleep like that, missing all the beauty of nature?" Bheem grumbled, clearly irritated.
"Nakul, at least he's sleeping, not like you—devouring laddoos the entire journey!" Nakul shot back, his laughter echoing through the air. The playful jibe made Bheem pause, his mouth full of sweets. Sahdev and Yudhishthir joined in the laughter, clearly enjoying the moment of lightheartedness.
"That's exactly what I'm doing, Bhrata Bheem—enjoying the sleep!" Arjun suddenly chimed in, his voice a bit groggy as he woke up.
As they continued their journey, the group decided to rest for the night, setting up camp in a large tent. The soldiers took their time to relax, and Kunti, as always, became the center of attention, asked to tell more about the divine siblings of Dwarka.
"Mata, tell us about the divine siblings of Dwarka!" Nakul eagerly asked, his curiosity getting the best of him.
Kunti smiled, her eyes reflecting a warmth that only comes from a lifetime of love and wisdom. "The eldest of them is Balram. He is a person of great serenity and composure, a mighty warrior with unmatched strength in the art of mace fighting. His temper can be quick, and he is strict, but beneath that stern exterior lies a heart full of affection. He has always been loving and protective toward his siblings, and I am sure he will treat all of you like his own younger brothers," she explained with pride.
"We will love and respect him in return, just like the elder brother he is!" Sahdev said, his voice sincere, and the rest of the brothers nodded, their faces bright with anticipation.
"The second sibling is Dwarkadhish Krishna. Who doesn't know Krishna? He is the mightiest warrior, a hero in every sense. At the age of just sixteen, he defeated Kansa single-handedly, earning the admiration of all. Krishna is not only a warrior but also a deity whose charm and wisdom are unparalleled. His enchanting presence, his divine flute that plays the most mesmerizing tunes—everything about him makes him the Manmohan, the one who steals hearts effortlessly. His devotion to his family, his love for his siblings—especially his sister and brother—is boundless. His bal leelas, his childhood stories, are a balm to the soul, soothing and full of grace," Kunti continued, her voice full of reverence.
Arjun's mind wandered. He had heard of Krishna, of course—he had received letters from him in the past, but he had never fully believed in them. Could this Krishna truly be as extraordinary as Kunti described?
"And then," Kunti said, her eyes softening as she spoke, "there's the youngest, the most mischievous one—Subhadra, my niece. She was not born in the usual way. No, she was born of nature itself, the very embodiment of its beauty and grace. Considered the most beautiful of all princesses, her aura shines like the stars. I first saw her as an infant, mere moments after her birth, and I knew even then that she would be extraordinary. You will all be enchanted when you meet her," Kunti said with a gentle smile.
"Isn't she the one with the blessing of Chandra Dev?" Nakul asked, his curiosity piqued.
"Yes," Kunti nodded. "Her beauty is more than just skin-deep. Chandra Dev himself bestowed a boon upon her, granting her a radiance that shimmers with the moon's light. Her skin glows, and the shimmer changes with her emotions—when she's joyful, it's a soft, glowing light; when she's angry, it flashes like the moon on a stormy night. It's a gift that makes her not just the most beautiful, but the most captivating person to behold."
