Some things to clarify and tell ya before we can get started.
This won't be a harem story, but the love interest has been chosen already. I won't spoil who it is, but to tell you a hint right now. No, the girl isn't from class 1-A or 1-B.

You have the ability to generate, manipulate, and absorb a unique form of ink that emanates from their body. You can also use the ink around you. Ink from pens, ink written on the notebooks, and other such things can all be manipulated.
In the future you can turn into ink. Traveling like an inky puddle across the ground. You can sink and rise from any inky puddles you are connected to and see.
Drawback:
Since the ink is technically a part of your body, it is important you don't overuse it. Using it too much will lead to symptons similar to blood loss or unconsciousness. But the user can use outside sources of ink to refill his reserves.

Bio:
You were born into a loving family in Musutafu, Japan. Your uncle was a good friend of a very successful business man, who owned an animation studio, famous for its cartoons in the early 60's to 80's. You also had a very angry neighbor who would call you Octopus or Rough Draft. You were best friends.
You frequently toured the studio and practically lived there, spending lots of time with your uncle's good friend, who you consider a grandfather.
One day, you accidently spilled ink on yourself while drawing the Studio's famous mascot. The ink bubbled and reacted to your skin, turning it into ink. That day you learned by complete accident that you had a quirk.
Being the only person in the entire family line to have a quirk, you decided to try and become a hero! To become a hero, you of course have to graduate from hero school. So you decided to try and go to U.A., Japan's top hero school.
Your parents however, were invested into keeping their only son safe. Pushing you instead to go and work for your grandfather. With a quirk like yours, you could easily dominate the animation scene when you finally move to the States sometime after you graduate. Living the easy life, when you got rich and famous
But you didn't want that. You wanted thrill and adventure. You wanted to do something no one in your family has done before. So what if Hero work was dangerous? You were given power and you were going to use it, the best way you can.
You just have to survive going to Japan's top hero school.
