Jungkook, Taehyung, and Jimin had been inseparable since high school. They were known as the Golden Trio, always together, always laughing. But things started to change during their college days.

Jimin noticed it first. The way his heart skipped a beat whenever Jungkook smiled. The way he felt jealous when Jungkook spent more time with Taehyung. He brushed it off, thinking it was just a phase.

But it wasn’t.

Taehyung was bold and confident. He loved art, photography, and life itself. He had always seen Jungkook as more than a friend. But he never said anything. He was waiting for the right moment.

One evening, after a long day of classes, they sat by the river. The sunset painted the sky in shades of orange and pink.
“Hyung,” Jungkook spoke softly, “do you ever feel like you’re searching for something you’ll never find?”

Taehyung tilted his head. “Maybe. Or maybe you’ve already found it, but you’re too afraid to accept it.”

Jimin watched them from a distance, his heart aching.
