"That's not it, dude. It's just... I don't know. I don't want to ruin our friendship. We've been friends since forever, and I don't want things to get weird," Joseph mumbled, his eyes darting around the room as if looking for an escape route. Cody sighed and shook his head, "Look, Joseph, feelings are complicated, and sometimes they make things messy, but avoiding them won't help. You gotta face them...!, or they'll just keep haunting you and eventually make you do things that you wouldn't like,,, besides! there was like - a bunch of moments where Junior acted fruity, and he didn't deny it! I think.... look the point is if he knows how you feel about him, maybe he'll understand and things won't be as bad as you think," Cody said, leaning back on the couch and crossing his legs. "um, I don't know how to take that" Joseph looked up, "but... I guess you could be right though" Joseph responded, his voice tinged with disbelief... actually believing that he agreed with Cody, the freak of nature.

"listen" Cody began speaking up, "how about, I leave you here, go to Junior and tell him I have to go for an important event, and you know, just do the thing most people do" spoke the nerd, Joseph sighed and just nodded, seeing this finally end, Cody stretched for a minute before gradually getting up and walking from the couch to downstairs, whilst walking down, there arrived Junior, bringing in on snacks and board games, I'm assuming a possible game night? who knows, "Oh hey Cody! hey - uhh, where ya going?" Junior stopped Cody in his tracks to speak with him, "oh well, sadly I gotta go home" Cody said... "awwhh, really? how come though? you haven't even been here that long!" Junior whined, "my mom needed me to come home desperately, probably for chores or something she didn't specify it, but it sounded urgent...!" Cody immediately came up with an excuse right on the spot, "oh, she's probably the one who caused all the chores, get it?" Junior replied back with assumingly  lame joke, "... um, uh I don't get it, was that suppose to be a fat joke...?" Cody questioned.

"ahh it's all good, go back to your house you BIG dumb FAT nerd!" Junior sighed before pushing Cody aside to get upstairs, Cody groaned in aggression before finally leaving the house, Junior eventually reached to the couch, releasing all the snacks and games onto the table in exhaustion, "dude,,, that's a lot of stuff" Joseph pointed out, "well... yeah! if I haven't knew Cody was leaving I wouldn't have brought all this, but... Chef Pee Pee didn't want to see me again so I just thought we just eat the snacks and play the board games, just the 2 of us!" (/ref teehee) Joseph, did agree that Junior yaps quite a lot, yet, he likes hearing his voice... all energetic and happy, always optimistic, he could listen to it all day... ‼️ but anyways, Joseph quickly slapped by a reminder of the plan Cody had suggested, and the message he told him...  "...feelings are complicated, and sometimes they make things messy, but avoiding them won't help. You gotta face them...!, or they'll just keep haunting you... -" so, as the best decision, you just gotta do it!

Junior sat beside Joseph and began rambling about a story that happended... I'm too sure what it was, but it's probably dumb as, taking quiet deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling at the right pace, Joseph was finally ready, "there was also this weird plushie thingy, it kind of looked like that - " "Junior? can I talk to you about something?" Joseph interrupted, "oh - uh - um sure, what's up?" Junior answered with a slight fumbled tone in his voice, "so, uhm... I'm not sure how to word this right, god that sounds so dumb.." Joseph muttered underneath his breath, "you say somethin?" the ginger leaned in closer to hear properly, Joseph quickly flushed, "okay so, um, I don't know how to say this - in a way that, would make it awkward, so i'm just going to say it." the awkard boy said, "I like you", Joseph stated with shyness, seeing this ACTUALLY happening to him.

He looked up to see a... face on Junior, a shocked  face, "woah..." Junior slowly began speaking up, "man I knew this would've happended..!" Joseph groaned, before knowing that - " I like you too" ... Junior responded, woah!! "I really do!" he continued, "rea - really...?" Joseph stuttered, "well, this might seem unexpected from me! but... I do, I actually do" The - "don't make me say a ANOTHER sentence that has the word really or actually in it" ... Junior kept continuing, god damn bro, well anyways...! Joseph exhaled in relief, knowing that Junior has the same feelings for him,  and Junior on the other hand, feeling so relieved that he can finally express his deep feelings for Joseph! (awwhwhh this is just SO sweet! someone get me a tissue - oh ahem, my bad... 😓) anyways! being slow, Junior carefully slipped his hands into Joseph's, lovely interlocking their hands together, but yet it's still missing something, then when Joseph realized what was happening, he then - slowly of course, interlocked his hands with Junior, making the perfect interlacing that anyone has did.
