**le time skip- 8 ish Months????**

I woke up and rolled over to find Seth gone. I sighed and pushed myself up pulling my top down a bit to cover my extremely swollen belly. I waddled out of our room and downstairs to find all the guys standing in the living room.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" They shouted in unison

"Haha! Thanks guys." I said going round hugging the as best as I could with my belly.

I felt a sharp pain in my stomach but ignored it just passing it off as the twins kicking. Seth and I decided not to find out the gender until the birth.

"Happy Birthday baby." Said Seth and he kissed me gently

We all sat round the living room and all the guys agreed to just get me stuff for the babies. Jared got them a little wolf plush each, Sam and Emily got me some clothes for the twins, Embry got them a blanket, Jake got them a mobile, Paul got them some cute little onesies, Quil got them a rattle each and Brady and Colin got them a quilt. I thanked everyone for their gifts but everyone turned to look at Seth who was holding a ring box.

"You better not being doing what I think you are......" I said nervously

"I'm not proposing.......yet." He said and smiled as I let out a sigh of relief

"I'm giving you this promise ring, Promising that I will always be there for you and the twins, promising that I will always love you and that I will be there through the tough times. I love you, London Jinxx Pitts." He said smiling at me lovingly as he put the ring on my finger

"I love you too." I said with happy tears in my eyes

We hugged and he gave me another kiss. I sat folding all the clothes and blankets as I got another pain in my stomach and then my phone rang.

** phone call ** L-London D- her dad

L: Hey dad

D: Hey, just wanted to call and say happy birthday honey, the guys say happy birthday as well

L: Thanks dad, tell the guys I say thanks

D: I will but I need to go so I'll call you tonight

L: Okay, I love you dad

D: I love you too sweetheart

** end of phone call **

I put my phone down and continued sorting all the presents. When I finished I tried to get up but found it hard so I called for Seth.

"Seth!" I shouted

"What is it? What's wrong?" He said panicking

"I can't get up." I said and pouted as he chuckled

As I stood up I screamed in pain then felt something wet run down my legs.

"Shit....." Said Seth

"SAM!" I shouted but got no response

"JACOB!" I screamed and he ran in and panicked

"Seth, put her in my truck and we'll take her to Carlile." He said

Seth carried me to Jake's truck and put me in the back then climbed in beside me.

"Just breathe LJ, we'll be there soon." Said Seth with panic lacing his voice

I screamed again as we started moving. We soon arrived at the Cullens and they were ready for us, so Seth carried me in and lay me on the bed. I grabbed a hold of his hand and squeezed hard. He grit his teeth and coped with me squeezing the life out of his hand. I screamed yet again and Seth kissed my forehead and tried to keep me calm.

"London, you're going to have to start pushing." Said Carlile

"I CAN'T!!!" I screamed

"Yes, you can baby, I'm right here okay? Just push." Seth said to me soothingly as I took a big breath and began to push

*Time skip a bit*

I gave one last push and the first baby was out. I sighed in relief then remembered I was having twins and I groaned.

"Get ready to push again." Said Carlile

I took a deep breath and began pushing again.

*another time skip*

I sighed in relief as I heard the cries of the second baby. I began to cry tears of joy and so did Seth. Carlile handed me my beautiful twins.

"What genders?" I asked him tiredly

"A boy first then a girl." He said smiling

"Hunter Jacob Clearwater and Alexandria Leah Clearwater." I said sleepily

"Go to sleep sweetheart." Said Seth as I began to drift off and I felt him take the twins from me

I went to sleep with a smile on my face. What a coincidence that we have the same birthdays.

**Sorry it took so long, I changed LJs age to 15 instead of 14, so she is now 16 coz this chapter was her birthday. Hope you guys enjoyed it! I know its quite short but I just wanted to get the birth over with, love ya!!!!**
