Sam's POV
"Arabelle get your fat ass out here." I punch my fists into the wall until there is a dent in it.
"Sam leave me alone!" Arabelle screams from the bedroom
"Leave you alone??" I stomp back to the bedroom and push open the door and walk over to her she whimpers and scoots into the corner of the room
"Don't hurt me please." She sobs
"Don't you tell me what to do." I say and punch her over and over until she's pleading for help.
"Next time you won't tell me what to do." I let go of her and walk out of the room slamming the door behind me.
Arabelle's POV
Sam storms out of the room, I lay there with blood all over my face and shirt, I gasp for air and try to pull myself off of the floor, I reach for my phone that is on the night stand and it drops off of the nightstand landing in front of me, I grab ahold of it and hold it close to me, shakily I dial the number I remember from the bottom of my heart.
Alexis POV
I hear my phone going off
"Luke can you please give me that?" I ask sniffing and wipe off the remaining tears on my face. Luke just told me I lost a baby
"Of course." He says reaching for my cell phone and then handing it to me. I look at it the name Arabelle comes across the screen
"What does she want?" I frown at my phone.
"Who?" Luke asks I shake my head and answer it.
"Is there a reason your calling me?" I snap
"W-w-where are you Alexis?" I hear her stumble to find the right words, she has a slur to her voice and she sounds like she's been crying
"United Kingdom. Why?" I frown
"O-oh I-I'll leave you alone I'm so sorry." She says before hanging up
"Arabelle wait!!" I yell but it's to late she already hung up.
"Arabelle?" Luke frowns at me
"Yeah.." I say with confusion clear in my voice
"What does she want?" He frowns continually
"Idk..I really don't." I say he takes my phone from me and calls the number back, he puts the phone on speaker so both me and him can hear it.
"STOP HURTING ME" I hear her scream. I gasp and grab for my phone but Luke doesn't let me have it. He listens carefully to it
"ARABELLE DAMN IT WHY CANT YOU JUST LISTEN TO ME" I hear the sound of ... Sam? I look at Luke with confusion. Luke mutes us on the call and looks at me
"What's that look for?" He asks me.
"Is he ... Is he abusing her?" I frown deeply
"I... I honestly don't know.." He tells me, we listen to the call.
"stop it stop it right now put that down!! Stay away from me!!" I hear the terror in arabelle's voice. I start to tear up
"Luke please." I beg
"Hold on." He says.
"Please!" I hear Arabelle scream before I hear a actual scream come from her.
"LUKE HES HURTING HER GOD DAMN IT CALL SOMEONE DO SOMETHING PLEASE!!" I scream as loud as I possibly could as I break into sobs.
"Baby.." He says hanging up the phone. I sob harder.
"s-she used to be my best friend and I dated Sam and " I sob loudly.
"Sh darling.." Luke says walking over to me and laying beside me holding me. I lay my head on his chest and sob.
"It'll be alright.." He tells me quietly and kisses my head.
"I wanna go home.." I say and mean it. All we've done in the UK is be in the hospital and find out my best friend.. Ex best friend.. Is being abused by my ex boyfriend..
"I'll tell you what.. When they let you out of this prison we will go home.. Ok?" He tells me
"Not LA Luke.. I wanna go home to Florida.. For Arabelle." I say starting to sob again
"Ok babe ok sh" he rubs my arm and I lay in his arms crying. A nurse walks into the room and looks at us
"When can I go home." I ask her
"Tomorrow morning just to be safe." She tells me.
"Really there's no way to leave today?" I ask her
"I'm sorry but doctors orders we need to check that everything looks alright and it's risky to send you out." She shakes her head. I sigh deeply and burry my head into Luke's chest to start crying again.
"why do you want to go home so badly?" She asks me while starting to take readings off of machines
"Is it just natural to just want to go home??" I snap. I then sigh realizing that was a Bad choice.
"I'm sorry." I mumble biting my lip. Luke takes ahold of my hand and keeps it close to him as he knows I'm trying to keep calm.
"No I deserved it." The nurse tells me and walks out of the room but then she pops her head back in
"I'll try to make a way where you can leave today." She tells me with a wink.
"Thank you so so much.." I tell her. She really has no idea how much of a life saver she is. Now that that is solved I realize stress probably isn't helping me in any way so I close my eyes and lay my head back cuddling into Luke closely, Dan came and picked Hunter up earlier so it's nice to just lay here with Luke for a while and cuddle with him.
"Luke" I say sleepily
"Hm" he says also very sleepily and half asleep
"I heard you crying for Me to wake up" I say quietly and then yawn closing my eyes slowly
"You did..?" He asks slowly
"Yeah. I did." I say and squeeze his hand that is holding my hand gently. He kisses our hands and next thing I know he's asleep and I'm struggling to keep my eyes open
